Just Shagging 12th Thread for graduated viroids

FurryScoob · 16/09/2014 16:51

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 11th grads thread...celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed grin

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 27th outing.

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal here once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a secret facebook group, if you want to join, ask in-thread.

So, roll call below please, viroids! smile

Oh god I want a crunchie now!

ZylaB · 18/09/2014 10:52

Hey gaggia. :)

RPopz · 18/09/2014 11:08

Today is a Twix day Grin

GD here I come! Hmm

laurenamium · 18/09/2014 11:13

Hi gaggia Grin congratulations! (Not sure if I've congratulated you yet!)

wilmabedrock · 18/09/2014 11:36

Kato you have to vote! I was still a bit torn walking into the station so I just had to go with my gut. I actually went against my personal preferences and went for what I thought was politically sensible. Could be a mistake, who knows?!

wilmabedrock · 18/09/2014 11:37

Sorry, hi Gaggia!

KatoPotato · 18/09/2014 11:47

No I'm defo going Wil. And it has to be a vote for common sense...

ZylaB · 18/09/2014 12:26

I've just found out that my permanently blocked or stuffy/runny nose is a pg symptom! Well, according to my pg app it's cos of dilated blood vessels - and I thought it was a cold!

Thus being pg is weird :)

wilmabedrock · 18/09/2014 12:30

Whatever that is kato! I don't know anymore.

So many weird pg symptoms zyla. My varicose veins are out of control. Sad

ZylaB · 18/09/2014 12:35

Just had some good news though, apparently I've paid too much tax and hmrc owe me £1800!! Which is weird as it's from a paye standard job, but I won't complain!!

I'm so going shopping with some of it for cool baby stuff. Will be sensible and put some away too (honest)

Nessalina · 18/09/2014 13:09

Bloody hell, that's a windfall Zyla!! Shock marvellous!

Hello & welcome Gaggia - congrats!!

I'm fascinated by the Scottish vote, I really don't know how I feel about it (not that my opinion matters in any way!) - I sort of feel like it would be a massive shame if they break away, but equally it'd be pretty interesting... I just don't know which way it's going to go!

TabbyTurmoil · 18/09/2014 13:53

Hello and congratulations gaggia !

zyla fab news I would totally spend it all on baby stuff

la my dh is in the same shoes as you today and wants to stay up all night to watch. There is a big history in both our families of moving between the two countries, as I grew up in England (my mum is Scottish) I don't feel entitled to a strong opinion but I would feel sad if future generations - - our little one-- didn't have the same choices to live where they want as we have done

TabbyTurmoil · 18/09/2014 13:54

In other news, somebody needs to tell my body that it doesn't need more food yet because it seriously does not know that.

littleluna89 · 18/09/2014 14:09

I am not Scottish nor do I live in Scotland but I have to admit that I'm apauled and embarrassed by the scare tactics used by the no campaign and shocked that central government doesn't really seem to have a plan in place should the result be yes for independence, it indicates to me that they're not taking it seriously. Given the chance to vote I would vote yes.

wilmabedrock · 18/09/2014 14:19

Tabby that's a battle I lost on day 1!

All entitled to an opinion viroids even if you don't have a vote. It is sad, the whole situation. Should have been a devo max option on the ballot - not many people actually want to split from the UK.They do however want to be free from Westminster and so have been pushed into a yes.

ZylaB · 18/09/2014 17:43

Hmm, just spoken to DH about the money from hmrc, looks like I'm buying the pram now lol. I DID say I'd been thinking about spending some of it on something we wouldn't normally decide to get, but being as I don't know what, I'll have to see hehe

ZylaB · 18/09/2014 17:43

Unless you ladies know anything cool, but maybe a bit frivolous I might want to get?? ;)

RPopz · 18/09/2014 17:59

Tabby I need some help on the no more food front too!

Has everyone cast their vote now then?? Sad is the best way I can describe it really. I know little about the political element (of anything tbh!) but it would be incredibly sad to separate I feel.

Beating myself up cos I'm too tired lazy and so bailing out of Aqua natal... again. Blush

RPopz · 18/09/2014 18:00

Zyla just screw it all and blow it on an amazing bag/ shoes/ holiday!!

gaggiagirl · 18/09/2014 18:08

zyla buy 100 nappies! Them buggers are expensive. My Dsis uses washable nappies and wipes on her new born. Thats crazy imo bur each to their own.

wilmabedrock · 18/09/2014 18:31

Washable wipes is a step too far...

popz, get off your arse and go to aqua natal!! Grin

I concur with the holiday idea zyla. You'll be needing one soon enough!

Think voting closes at ten or something.

RPopz · 18/09/2014 18:40

I can't get a lift and its a pain in the arse to get to public transport wise. And the dog will be on his own all night cos DH is out too.... (Convincing myself as much as anyone!!)

Yes, definitely a holiday! Grin And go SOON! Apparently shit gets really after 24 weeks Wink

RPopz · 18/09/2014 18:40

shit gets *real!!

ZylaB · 18/09/2014 18:57

We're booked for a week in Kent in a month, so I'll be 20weeks. Got 20 week scan after I get back at 21+5 :)

wilmabedrock · 18/09/2014 19:04

I actually think save the money until you need it. Toddlers are expensive!
