Just Shagging 12th Thread for graduated viroids

FurryScoob · 16/09/2014 16:51

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 11th grads thread...celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed grin

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 27th outing.

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal here once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a secret facebook group, if you want to join, ask in-thread.

So, roll call below please, viroids! smile

la fx you get some answers

Tabby not an over the shoulder boulder holder?? ;) I was told by the obstetricians to stop talking folic acid at 12 weeks and was swapped to low dose aspirin, but I was on super strength folic, and my multivitamins have it in, so am still taking normal dose iyswim, but they said I didn't need any after 12 weeks

laurenamium · 28/09/2014 12:22

Happy birthday min!

Thinking of you la Thanks

Nessalina · 28/09/2014 12:41

I couldn't stomach the big preg care tablets that every shop does, so I carried on taking Seven Seas Trying For a Baby which are tiny weeny. That had all the minimum Vit needs inc folic acid, but it was only half the Vit D recommendation, so took a top up tablet. I can't stand big tablets! Just run out of the TFAB this week, so won't bother now, will just keep takin the Vit D and my iron.

Hope they're treating you well at hospital La! Push for a HCG test whilst you're there! Thanks

ZylaB · 28/09/2014 12:48

Hi all. Had booking in this week with midwife, so now waiting for scan appt in post. Thought I'd start early with the request for elective CS (EMCS last time), she doesn't think I'll have a problem getting one. Phew.

Had to get a couple of bras this morning, literally busting out of the top of my usual ones! Hope these will last for a while...I do have some from last pregnancy but they are too big at the moment.

Kato I seem to have that pre tea time sickness (to complement the all day sickness!) too where tea does not appeal but then I wolf it down!

Thinking of you la x

Hey boulder holder gang!
Back from hospital. Squishy's hanging on in there.
Cervix still closed and blood hcg has increased, although not consistent with 7 weeks. So either miscarriage is in way or I'm earlier or it's ectopic. They wanted to keep me in for observation as precaution but I asked to go home. I'm happier and relaxed at home whereas the hospital ward is scary. I don't know if I've made wrong choice to come home but I thought at least this way I can just go to bed and if there's more pain I'll go back in.

She said she doesn't know where the blood is coming from but cervix is closed which is good.

Got another scan tomorrow.

You're not getting rid of me just yet Wink

How are you all doing? Are your days going well? I'm now in bed where I will remain for as long as possible

wilmabedrock · 28/09/2014 15:15

Jesus La you deserve a medal! Always best to be where you feel more comfortable. Squishy is a legend.

Leela5 · 28/09/2014 15:24

I'm hoping this kids going to come out holding a medal Grin

TabbyTurmoil · 28/09/2014 15:35

Jeepers la! Bed sounds like the place to be. Squishy sounds like a tough one!

RPopz · 28/09/2014 15:43

So much to catch up on!! Just waiting for flight home right now.

La so pleased you got some reassurance today. Was going to say to you that those digis are notoriously shite!! Plus qualitative tests like that have the bizarre habit of becoming less positive the more hcg you have, after a certain point.... So stop poasing!! Grin Blood test is far more accurate. Sorry you had to go to hospital alone though. Hugs Thanks x Glad you're staying!!

Hope this pooing yourself business isn't catching... Just ate some questionable cheese and now have a flight to catch.... Confused

Still enjoying my M&S squidgy boulder holders Grin Not tres attractive though...

Nursery set is back in stock!! It's the mothercare padstow set in natural wood. Saw it in store ages back and fell in love with the wardrobe! Lol.

Happy birthday Min

Hope the aches and pains are improving Wil

Love to everyone else xxx

ZylaB · 28/09/2014 16:04

la you stay in bed and get Mr la to wait on you! Fx for scan tomorrow

FurryScoob · 28/09/2014 16:39

Yay, good news la put your feet up & relax, home sounds the best place to be!

Happy Birthday minion Cake

Good furniture decision rpopz we've got the padstow changing unit, instructions are a bit confusing but it looks great now it's built.

I don't just keep boobs in my bolder holders, took my bra off last night & found a coco pop, apple seeds & a chip! No idea how they got there but boobs are so big I'm not surprised they've started trying to eat food.

Minion · 28/09/2014 16:39

Woah la you've hopefully one though cookie there! Still crossing all and sundry that it's mega shy!
Thanks girls, had a lovely dinner last night and went to town today, , why is it when you have money burning a hole in your pocket there's nothing to be had? So I have up, came home, tried to have a nap and now scoffing coconut truffles in bed.
Rock n roll me!

Leela5 · 28/09/2014 16:43

Rock n roll indeed min! Sounds like a lovely birthday though. Do you have fillet steak and champagne down that bra?

laurenamium · 28/09/2014 16:44

Ah sounds like you've had a lovely relaxing birthday min Smile

I love that your boobs are eating chips furry! Grin Made me laugh!

Excellent news about squishy la! Good luck for the scan tomorrow!

I've managed to go all day without being sick Smile I do feel tired though, spent 4 hours today with the horses. Took DD out for a ride on her pony and I'm paying for it now! Ill be in bed as soon as she is Grin

Leela5 · 28/09/2014 16:46

Popz it looks lovely! Happy shopping!

KatoPotato · 28/09/2014 17:50

Wow La, whatever next? Rest up and fingers crossed for more good news tomorrow!

I'm just back from sobbing my wee heart out at Billy Elliot the musical, broadcast to the cineworld in town.

Leela5 · 28/09/2014 18:15

I loved that musical! How amazing is the wee boy?

Pisghetti · 28/09/2014 18:15

Wow La squish is fast becoming a legend! Good luck for scan tomorrow x

Aw Popz that's gorgeous! I wasn't going to do nursery furniture as such but having had a look at that I think I've changed my mind.

Happy birthday Min

Grin Furry

We went for a walk earlier through the gardens and across a neighbouring field and a horse chestnut tree had spilled its load everywhere so we filled our pockets and DP and DS are now outside playing conkers. Retro! Looks like fun (and now I fancy chestnuts of the edible variety....)

Leela5 · 28/09/2014 18:37

Just realised it was furry with the foodie bra not min! Doh!

I would like to find chocolate in my bra.

RPopz · 28/09/2014 19:09

Hahaha! Mine have started wearing make up apparently... Nearly shat myself last night when I took my white bra off and there was a big scary looking red smear on the inside of it...Shock On closer inspection it turned out to be blusher... Hmm

Leela5 · 28/09/2014 19:15

Wow! I really need to start using my bras more effectively!

littleluna89 · 28/09/2014 19:18

cookie every feed, every drop counts, you should be proud that you managed to feed! miniluna was a tiddlywink and we ended up sneaking most of her feed in through syringes after expressing as she was just too weak to feed by herself, it was a stressful time all round with me trying desperately to avoid formula, the hospital went against my instructions and gave her a few bottles of premade formula when we got dragged back in due to her weightloss but it worked out for the best, and once she was on formula everyone could have a go (which meant actually occasional sleep for me :P)

callipygian00 · 28/09/2014 21:20

RPopz · 28/09/2014 21:24

The cot turns into a bed Pis - so I'm sort of justifying it by saying technically it'll last forever!! Wink

Congrats calli - must've missed your news, can't keep up over there anymore!

HOME AT LAST Grin Cats vs children: you can leave cats home alone all weekend and when you get back they are a) not dead, and b) still pleased to see you! Ha!
