I can't be the only one due in May 2015... So here goes, a shiny new thread.

I have to sneak in here to discuss all things pregnancy/baby related because this is a surprise DC5! Shhhh! Don't tell anyone!

Very sorry to hear that super, thinking of you and your dp xxx

NoRoomForALittleOne · 30/08/2014 14:34

Super please do be gentle with yourself as you go through this. Having had two miscarriages, I know that there is nothing good that I can say. Let DP take good care of you.

So sorry to read your news Super. Thinking of you and take gentle care of yourself. xxx

SuperDuperJezebel · 30/08/2014 15:20

Thank you all for your kind thoughts - it really hit me today when I was at work, I was so uncertain and shocked when I found out I was pregnant, but at work with the little ones I realised how much I wanted it. I am just going to try and focus on the positives. We are getting married in 2 weeks, and we have plenty of time to try again once we feel ready. I've got my feet up and my OH is looking after me, he's just offered me a proper coffee, which i've been missing so much since I got my bfp. It's not the news we were hoping for, but we'll be okay. I am going to pop in and keep an eye on this thread and look forward to hearing all of your lovely baby news in May.

Ididntseeitsoitdidnthappen · 30/08/2014 17:04

Sorry to hear that super I've been there myself and the best thing you can do is be rest and look after yourself. Time helps x

NoRoomForALittleOne · 30/08/2014 18:54

Oh dear. I was stupid and put something on AIBU about expecting DC5.

Had a chemical preg in May so keeping everything crossed xx

Threesoundslikealot · 30/08/2014 22:14

Super, so sorry to read your news. I hope you have a really lovely wedding day with lots of champagne.

I've got a BFP very early with a potential #3. I'm not due on till Tuesday so I know it could all just disappear as if it had never been, but for now my EDD is 11/5/15.

Peaky1 · 31/08/2014 11:28

What does AIBU stand for? Still getting my head around this mumsnet shizzle!

Congrats to all of the new people coming through. Exciting times!

I broke my foot nearly 2 weeks ago now and I'm hopping on crutches. My family are helping to look after my DC1. He's just fallen in the garden and all hell broke loose! This is going to be x2 soon! How do you guys cope with 3+??? Haha

Sarahg1 · 31/08/2014 11:32

Love to you super and hope you have an amazing wedding.

AIBU is am I being unreasonable I think?

Was a little upset/anxious yesterday as my stretchy stomach cramps and sore nipples disappeared. Went on a poas frenzy and the symptoms have returned so feeling a bit less anxious now! Also I'm slightly off food, not nauseous just don't fancy things I usually love including meat. Weird!

how is everyone else coming along?

bradders85 · 31/08/2014 11:46

Hi sarah, my stomach cramps and sore nipples stopped a couple of days ago and I was a bit worried but trying to stay relaxed about it all. This morning I have sensitive nipples again but apart from that and the odd cramp/twinge nothing else, still waking up quite early too. Still eating normally (making the most of it incase I get bad ms!) Hope everyone is well.

KittyVonCatsington · 31/08/2014 12:00

bradders and Sarah I could have written your posts! Wednesday to Friday, I struggled to eat properly due to nausea but yesterday evening and today, I have my appetite back and nausea has gone! (boobs tender still though) maybe something big happens during week 4 and week 5 things settle down a bit? I live in hope

Welcome Haily this will be your sticky bean and hi peaky Am I Being Unreasonable is another board found under 'Other Stuff'.

Peaky1 · 31/08/2014 12:07

I didn't get symptoms at all with DC1 until the nausea started at week 5 or 6.

This time around I'm tired already and have a weird tummy! Wasn't expecting anything so soon.

plinkyplonks · 31/08/2014 12:14

Had PMT symptoms all the way through weeks 1-3, including cold and flu sysmptoms. Week 4 had severe nausea and loss of appetite. Week 5, nausea now limited to early mornings - although I am finding it hard to drink water. I am however, bloating massively. I look 6 months pregnant already!!! :D

LinaDee · 31/08/2014 12:25

Plinky - I am experiencing the same bloating. None of my clothes fit at all!! The symptoms I'm experiencing this time are far more in line with the symptoms I had with my DD - the bloating (although it's much worse this time) and tingly/sensitive breasts nipples and just that "feeling" pregnant. If I remember correctly, the bloating did subside after a while. I'm hoping it will at least.

Sarahg1 · 31/08/2014 13:39

Glad it's not just me who was worrying!

I don't feel at all pregnant just a bit run down. I look massive already though and already can't fit into my jeans due to the ridiculous bloating!

You ladies are far better at not stressing than me, I'm normally so laid back!

plinkyplonks · 31/08/2014 13:48

I think it's because we are all (badly) trying not to keep our hopes up as things can and I do go wrong.. Trouble is, my heart is already set on this bean, and I already love it - I love being pregnant, love the idea of being a mum and creating a family.

However, all we can we do is try and remain positive, focus on each milestone (so for me it's looking forward to week 6) and try not to worry. I've banned myself from Google, and tried to take solace from the posts I've found here and from speaking to family members.

If it doesn't work out this time, then I'll try my best to console myself that that little bean wasn't meant to be and try again ASAP :)

Lizzy86 · 31/08/2014 14:41

Hi ladies I got my BFP 2 days ago Grin think I'm due around 4th May but who knows. Just waiting on my appointment with midwife, 4 weeks wait Hmm my emotions/hormones are all over the place. Physically and mentally drained. Excited but so so tired

KittyVonCatsington · 31/08/2014 15:24

I second what plinky said. Tenfold. Grin

Hi lizzy!
