I can't be the only one due in May 2015... So here goes, a shiny new thread.

I have to sneak in here to discuss all things pregnancy/baby related because this is a surprise DC5! Shhhh! Don't tell anyone!

Threesoundslikealot · 05/09/2014 22:42

Hurray, more new people.

Very good luck with the blood tests, Lina.

I got my scan date through today! Sadly they have obviously got something wrong as they've asked me to come for an 11-13 week scan when I'm 8+6. So my brief moment of 'wow, not long to wait' has now passed. I'll call them on Monday and hope they don't make me wait till 13 weeks!

ElleyBear13 · 06/09/2014 06:56

Morning! Is anyone else finding themselves nodding off at 830pm? Im so tired! On a happier note husbands home today so ive set up the bedroom with balloons for his big suprise! (Kept it a suprise till now) Has anyone else told their partners/hubbys yet? xx

KittyVonCatsington · 06/09/2014 07:15

Welcome SmileyScooby! Love another TTC bus graduate Grin

How bittersweet Three! To be honest, I'd probably be really cheeky and go to the scan anyway Wink

I hit my first tiredness wall at lunchtime yesterday Elley - it was like a brick wall right in the face! Still bloody woke up at my usual 4-5am window for a wee this morning though!

I'm 6 weeks today!!! These little milestones are so monumental to get to, aren't they?! No pun intended but by taking baby steps, I might believe I might actually get to my 12 week scan this time

ElleyBear13 · 06/09/2014 08:54

Awww congratulations kitty! I'm 5 weeks exactly monday and feeling positive i think the weeks leading upto 12 weeks is going to drag :( (and probs find myself spending most of it asleep on the loo!!) :D

piglet81 · 06/09/2014 09:39

Sleeeeepy here too! Still not feeling sick though - hope those of you who are are coping OK.

Elley, hope DH loves his surprise! I told mine about 30 seconds after poas and getting a line - couldn't have kept it to myself but I don't know what I'd have done if he'd been away! Smile

BeanCalledPickle · 06/09/2014 09:58

Went out for my usual Saturday morning run. Seven miles. Usually no bother. Usually about an hour ten. It took me over 1.5 hours. So that's that then

TheDisillusionedAnarchist · 06/09/2014 10:09

Can I join? BFP on Wednesday and due date 13th May. After 10 years TTC I am still in shock and not sure its real. Not many symptoms to reassure either except lots of cramps which are just making me paranoid. Oh and this will be my first baby (if all goes well)

Justyouwaitandsee · 06/09/2014 10:25

Wow! 10 years ttc?! Congratulations dillusionedanarchist! That is amazing news! We will look after you well here. Welcome xxx Smile

Justyouwaitandsee · 06/09/2014 10:26

Oops! I mean disillusioned! Not dillusioned!!

KittyVonCatsington · 06/09/2014 10:39

It's an absolute pleasure to have you join Dissillusioned! The cramps seem to be Nature's cruel joke as they are so similar to AF pains that they scare us. In actual fact, our body is just preparing a lovely home for our new guest Smile

Kudos to your mammoth run Bean I take my hat off to you! I'm still going to my Pilates sessions every week. Pales in comparison to your efforts-enjoy the KitKat!

CockBollocks · 06/09/2014 12:27

oh dear lord I feel rough today, nauseous, tired, faint - bleurgh.

slightly pleased

Threesoundslikealot · 06/09/2014 14:03

How very lovely you've joined us, disillusioned!

I'm heading to the gym this week after being off for a while with a back injury. I'd like to keep fitter this time round than before.

I almost fainted yesterday evening, which has never happened to me ever before. Very weird.

BB01 · 06/09/2014 14:14

Oooh can't believe there's already such a busy thread, how exciting! I'm going to read through all your posts. I only got my bfp yesterday, was a surprise as only first month of trying for our second. Very excited though very early days!

BB01 · 06/09/2014 14:27

That's amazing, Disillusioned!!!
Sorry to hear about all those who've already had bad news or bleeding

MaGratgarlik1983 · 06/09/2014 15:50

Hi ladies, just to update - pretty sure we had a CP today. Bleeding like a period with cramps and clots. Think I saw a little pip as well but not sure. Anyway, just want to wish you all happy and healthy full-term pregnancies and beautiful bouncing babies. I think we're going to have a break for a while. I know it was very early to lose but I feel so sad about it all. I really do wish all of you all the luck and happiness for your pregnancies and births. Thanks for making me feel so welcome on my brief visit!

KittyVonCatsington · 06/09/2014 16:03

Sending a huge hug from me MaGrat It is irrelevant how early it is so don't feel like it is not as valid-I am so so sorry you have suffered your loss. Thanks Be very kind to yourself and we are here if you need us but I do reccommend, when you feel ready, to talk to the TTC after MC thread on Conception, where you will get the support you deserve.

Lots of love xxxx

GetTheRedOut · 06/09/2014 16:55

6 weeks gone with my first Smile

BB01 · 06/09/2014 18:44

So sorry to hear that, MaGrat xx

CockBollocks · 06/09/2014 18:46

Sorry Mgrat it doesn't matter how early you are its still already a baby to us - even though rationally we know its not really iyswim.

Doesn't make it any easier, take care of yourself.

NoRoomForALittleOne · 06/09/2014 19:28

I agree MaGrat, early losses are still painful to go through. I needed a break in TTC after an early loss between DD1 and DD2. For us, it was the right thing to do. I joined the TTC after miscarriage and Pregnancy after miscarriage threads at the appropriate times and they were very helpful and supportive. I hope you recover well and easily.

Turquoisetamborine · 06/09/2014 19:39

Hi I got my BFP yesterday. I had IVF but it was the equivalent of 14dpo yesterday and got a strong positive and a digital showing 1-2 weeks. I had some red bleeding when I wiped last night, not a lot, and have had cramping today and pink cm today but bleeding is much more common in ivf pregnancies so I'm hoping it's nothing to worry about and I'm going to try to enjoy it.

This is my second baby and we were ttc three years. My last pregnancy was a breeze from start to finish and this one has already been traumatic!

Hope I have a long stay here anyway!

bumpitybumpbump · 06/09/2014 21:40

Really sorry maGrat. Take care of yourself xxx

Sunshinesaz86 · 06/09/2014 22:54
