Peace, saltwater gargle? Horrible but kills bugs....

Been doing a lot of walking and just had a 40 min walk to Drs. Pelvis may fall out now. Sad Am in waiting room sitting down now thankfully.

Still cant feel my hands properly. Feels like I am wearing really thick rubber gloves filled with Deep Heat.

27weeks 1 days and am feeling it. Grin

I've got a chloroseptic throat spray that I'll use sparingly. I do hope it is done and dusted before I go on holiday next week!

monkeybaby2 · 08/09/2014 18:19

Lucy, yes I have had an antenatal massage as a first anniversary treat and it was lovely. Am a sucker for pampers treats though!

monkeybaby2 · 08/09/2014 18:25

Pampers? 'Pampery'

Peaceloveandbiscuits · 08/09/2014 19:21

Pampers treats is a whole other issue monkey Grin

CallingAllEngels · 08/09/2014 19:54

I had a pg massage when I was about 7 months last time, the week before our wedding and it was heavenly.

But now lucy has made me want some sausages

BigHairyLeggedSpider · 08/09/2014 20:23

Pubic bone coming apart at the cartilage. No more walking for me. :(

BigHairyLeggedSpider · 08/09/2014 20:23

Well, pottering apparently but no walking any distance. Sad

Peaceloveandbiscuits · 08/09/2014 20:42

Good god BHLS! Any treatment?

monkeybaby2 · 08/09/2014 21:11

Ahahahaha Peace! Pampers treatment = different kind of thread!

BigHairyLeggedSpider · 08/09/2014 22:04

Sorry went for a bath. Yeah, no long walks, physio, maybe a belt, poss crutches or a chair if I cant manage the crutches with my fucked up wrists. May end up leaving work early. Dont want to as Maternity pay is shocking anyway. Not really feeling the love. :(

Peaceloveandbiscuits · 08/09/2014 22:52

Will it heal itself after birth? You poor thing :( it sounds horrendous

CatFaceCrayola · 08/09/2014 23:14

Eek...that sounds horrific.

I was just coming to moan about my first day back at work and how I want mat leave to hurry up

BigHairyLeggedSpider · 09/09/2014 06:04

Apparently it'll be fine after birth. Its a pisser as I love walking, dont drive, and do an active job. Not quite sure how i am going to handle it to bw honest. Sad

Lucy90 · 09/09/2014 07:26

Oh bhls that sounds really painful :(

Lucy90 · 09/09/2014 07:28

Had a bit of a breakdown yesterday when visiting my 2 week old niece. While she was sleeping my 2 year old nephew started shaking her cot and running into it on purpose, my niece woke up frightened and hysterical and this just set me off crying all afternoon!
Back to work tomorrow after 5 days off :(

TinyMonkey · 09/09/2014 07:31

I got a very quick physio referral BHLS, the sooner you start tackling it the better I reckon, less chance of it getting really horrific. There were women in my group physio session who were three weeks away from giving birth and were only just seeing someone.

I've got a sexy big tubigrip and a support belt and a list of exercises.

Mine is specifically SPD as well, no major problem with my back or hips really. I'm pissed off about the walking advice too as it's my main source of physical activity at the moment and I'm still walking at least 3 miles a day. I actually suffer most at night, walking isn't painful.

BigHairyLeggedSpider · 09/09/2014 08:33

If I dont hear anything in a few days I will chase it up. I've been reading up and really want to minimise it now. Esp as I wont be able to use crutches if it gets really bad because my wrists are so weak. Ahhhh well at least it is sunny.

Peaceloveandbiscuits · 09/09/2014 11:20

Love your positivity BHLS! I am leaving work at lunchtime because of my shitty cold and I want to be miserable and sulk on my own! Trouble is I'm expecting my manager to call/visit me any time now, and she is quite spontaneous! I'd rather just swap my shifts about than officially take time off sick, but meh.

Peaceloveandbiscuits · 09/09/2014 11:29

Oh Christ the auditor has arrived.

nickyjlees · 09/09/2014 12:57

stripey I'm similar to you, measuring a few weeks ahead and sugar levels showing a bit high but as with you it's been put down to testing after breakfast. Next appt in 2 weeks so will be interested to see what she says then. Am also having people say that I must be ready to pop, 27th nov feels a long way off if bump keeps growing at the rate it has been!

Peaceloveandbiscuits · 09/09/2014 14:27

Survived the audit. Come home and remembered about those squishy little Karvol capsules from my childhood, and got excited about being able to self-prescribe those and Calpol legitimately when we have a child in the house. Only Karvol has been discontinued Shock genuinely upset!

BigHairyLeggedSpider · 09/09/2014 15:28

I am boiling and old ladies keep trying to kiss my bump.

Peace glad the audit went well. they are so stressful! What you doing this afternoon? Make me jealous as I am trying to find justification for leaving a bit early.

Peaceloveandbiscuits · 09/09/2014 17:41

I slept from 3 until 5! It was lovely but I've woken up feeling like I've been hit by a bus.
Eurrrrgh having your bump kissed by strangers? I don't even like shaking hands at the best of times Grin
It is still bloody boiling, I agree. So ready for winter now.

CatFaceCrayola · 09/09/2014 17:48

Urgh. I've only been back at work for 2 days and I hate it. My head just isn't in the game. When dealing with difficult kids really requires you to be on the ball and I'm just not. And I'm being hassled to have all my plans on asap. So despite only being paid from 8:30-3:30 (I'm always in before and after these times anyway) I now have to spend my evening planning. Grrr. Nothing to do with pregnancy really just needed to rant.

"Only" 38 working days to go! :(
