Thanks Knotty , I'll give it a go, despite retro warning us it's needle witchcraft...I'm just hopeless at the mattress stitch!

Yay for all the appointments Poly , at long last!

PolytheneGirl · 31/05/2014 15:22

I've just found a photo of myself at 7 months pregnant with my last pregnancy, dear god how did I make it to full term? MASSIVE! ?

MademoiselleG · 31/05/2014 17:37

Ha linda I was actually going to ask you what your marmite verdict was! Agreed that marmite in toast definitely is the way forward!

EnglishGirlsReturned · 31/05/2014 17:53

Hey ladies!
Weldone on the hat MadameG!! Looks cute!
Great news that the hospital has finally got its arse in gear Poly, about time!!

No news here....Which I guess in itself is good news.

PolytheneGirl · 31/05/2014 19:10

Wow. Linda that looks like twins!

In fact that reminds me, someone I know from stay and play was being induced this half term with twins! Can't wait to find out the news on Thursday!

RetroHippy · 31/05/2014 20:07

Hellloooooo!!!!!

I've missed you Grin

That was officially The Worst Day of my life so far. Suffice to say we didn't get into our new house until 8:30pm... Because the old owner was still moving out Shock I'll let you imagine the chaos that has ensued. It was awful, just awful, and there is no way I'm ever doing it again.

But. We're in now. It feels like home already, a few more people know I'm pregnant (including the buyers of our house when I had a meltdown at 11pm when they were demanding keys). We have some truly, truly amazing friends and family who have rallied round to whom I now owe a massive debt of gratitude.

Just need to find the towels now...

RetroHippy · 31/05/2014 20:07

And Mlle, that hat is awesome. Knitting legend Wink

PolytheneGirl · 31/05/2014 20:14

OP posts:
lindamagoo · 31/05/2014 21:32

Poly you should have seen the size of me by full term, complete strangers stopping to say how sorry they felt for me, lol.

Sent oh out to the local shops earlier and not one of them sells marmite Hmm gutted

PolytheneGirl · 31/05/2014 21:33

Sorry - I'm flooding the thread but I'm so happy about the feta thing! I'm going out first thing tomorrow to buy loads! And loads of olives!! Eek that's my diet sorted for the summer! GrinGrinGrinGrin

OP posts:
fancyacupoftea · 31/05/2014 22:40

Poly I had a MASSIVE olive craving the other day! And they didn't disappoint. Yes to feta.

Sorry it was a shit day Retro but at least it's done and it'll be a funny story. And now you're in! Proper 4 storey family home for a new family!

I went to a BBQ today and didn't really feel my weird stomach pain thing until I got back in the car to go home. Wonder if that means it's in my head. Think I'll ring tomorrow anyway.

Mademoiselle what's a mattress stitch?!

PolytheneGirl · 31/05/2014 22:47

Fancy we are so craving twins! Salt and vinegar, marmite AND olives! Fx your tummy pain isn't anything to worry about.

fancyacupoftea · 31/05/2014 22:48

Have you been on the Haribo tangfastics too? If you have then it's just getting WEIRD.
