I always try to choose name that cant be shortened but it never works, everyone calls ethan 'eef' i hate it. But its not as bad as a boy my nephew used to go to school with, his name was Wayne King, im not joking, apparantly when it was time for the register the teachers would always call out his whole name but used just the first name when calling everyone else.

Hello Ladies!

Would just like to introduce myself to the May 07 crew. AF was 5 days overdue so I tested this morning and got the BFP I've been waiting for (two negatives earlier on in the week). All being well, I am due on the 28th May.

Fingers are crossed though coz I had a miscarriage back in June. However I've got a good feeling about this one that I was lacking last time round.

mummymelling · 22/09/2006 16:45

big congrats loopy, fingers crossed for you xx

pebblemum · 22/09/2006 16:57

Congratulations loopy and welcome to this very long thread. I think we may have to start another one soon, im getting fed up with scrolling up and down it, it takes too long

largeginandtonic · 22/09/2006 16:59

Huge congratulations loopylula you must be so pleased. Are you gong to tell anyone yet? Post your stats on the stats thread when you get a mo.
Am all alone this weekend the kids have just been picked up by exp for the weekend Have cleaned up and am now bored already, dh still away. Have never been on my own since i was at university!

largeginandtonic · 22/09/2006 17:01

I know what you mean pebble, thread far too long. Have no idea how to create a new one though. Bored, bored, bored

loopylula · 22/09/2006 17:13

Thanks LargeG&T. I have only told my DH and he's thrilled. I am scoffing for England and I think I am probably contributing to Thames Waters water shortage as I can't stop drinking ? not sure if those are normal week 5 symptoms or not!

Hope you enjoy your me-time. Get comfy on the sofa and watch back to back movies ? that's what I am going to do this weekend, DH works till midnight today and tomorrow and I'll be long asleep when he gets in!

mummymelling · 22/09/2006 17:13

started the new thread, go into antenatal chat and its called due in may07part 2 the sequel ..hope this helps

pebblemum · 22/09/2006 17:13

I like it when im on my own but then again that is a very rare occurance. Dh works from 4pm-1.30am so i get a bit of peace then but it isnt often i get rid of both the boys. If i was you i would use the peace and quiet to relax, do whatever you want to do, pamper yourself!!

pebblemum · 22/09/2006 17:14

Thanks mummymelling am just off to new thread now

loopylula · 22/09/2006 17:18

Thanks everyone for your words of congrats! You ain't wrong about the long thread ? that's why I missed your posts first time. All I can say is there must have been something in the water during August!

aimeeloo · 26/09/2006 11:04

hi all ,
Would just like to ask im expecting my thired baby (6 weeks) already i have a rounded little bump is this normal , i was HUGE with my 2nd baby!! and also i dont really feel pregnant , get few little cramps and achey boobs but other than that nothing , no sickness or tiredness in fact i cant sleep , has anyone else felt like this coz im a bit worried about it x

glitterkitty · 27/09/2006 10:33

hi aimeloo, congratulations!

I'm just the same, Im nearly 9 weeks and have a bump (but I have been eating for England!). My mum said she was just the same- but then we are only 5ft- maybe theres nowhere for it to go but out?

I'm also feeling fine- my boobs havent even really grown and I also have insommnia. Although I had an early (5+2 weeks)scan and saw the heartbeat, Im totally paranoid that it somehow isnt real, or something is wrong. I'll be so glad when I get my scan...seems to be taking forever to get to 12!
