ilovemonstersinc can you contact the PEG nurse or any specialist at the hospital for advice? The dietician? Paeds dept? It's a bit tricky as being bank holiday weekend, some of the specialists might not be available until Tuesday. If he's well in-between the pain, that's usually a good sign it's nothing too serious, but of course, it's not nice to see your baby in pain. It may be something as simple as the type of feed needs changing? I would keep a diary of when it happens and how often and try to share with the experts as soon as you are able. If he gets really bad, obviously take him to A&E, but fingers crossed this won't be needed.
I did some gardening on Thursday and boy do the back of my legs ache today. I obviously wasn't able to bend quite as usual, and so I think I must have used muscles in a different way. I'm trying to make the garden lower maintenance, as at the moment it's very high maintenance and it is likely to turn into a jungle very soon, as I'm already starting to feel it's too much for me. OH hates gardening and we can't really afford gardeners. Never thought I'd say this, but there's a lot to be said for artificial grass and plastic trees. I went to garden centre, and wanted to buy compost but thought there's no way I could lift it. Feel so disabled!
Still haven't felt any movement :( 18+1, but only 5 days until scan :).
white I think I'll stop running now. I was only doing it as I was told I could carry on any exercise that I was used to doing - and I was running regularly before pregnancy - but I feel it might be time to stop now. My summer is usually spent being very active - I love to play tennis and run through the countryside and garden. This one is going to be very different!
