December 2014, anyone else yet?

So I got a stupidly early faint positive today at 9dpo when I should definitely know better after a chemical last month. According to the Calendar I'm due December 1st so I've decided to be massively optimistic and start this thread. Is there anybody put there?

We instigated something similar last year Mopsy, my family is fine as it's really small, but MrPres's family are legion and it was completely unmanageable.

I would prefer to celebrate Thanksgiving really, food, wine, and the company of good friends, with no emphasis placed on present giving.

Can I ask a bit of a tmi question? Feel free to totally ignore. Have any of you been getting a lot of watery cm/discharge? Twice I've run to the loo fearing the worst and it's just been a big gush of it. Obviously I've been very relieved each time but it's not very nice!

I think it's fairly common Polythene, nothing to worry about unless it changes colour and smells, which could indicate an infection.

poly I've gone the other way! totally dry. I had a moment where it was like that, but it's gone back now.

poly what does cm mean?

mopsy cm is cervical mucus.

I had to wear a pad for a few days as I was getting loads more than usual, but its dried up to a sensible amount now.

Yeah especially this last week. The past couple of days I've had lumps of ewcm as well. Bleuggghh even writing that makes me feel rough!

I just had a hot chocolate and discovered it makes me feel very very sick! My sister has also commented on how bloated I am this morning. I'm pretty slim but seem to be developing a small bump. My stomach muscles have totally given up.

Oh no Brian I was like that with DS. I just couldn't hide it. By about 8wks people were asking me outright. I think it's so hard to hide when you are slim. I'm pretty bloated too. I'm hoping it'll settle down though. Poor you on the hot choccy!

I hope that doesn't happen to me ImBrian. A Costa hot choc is my usual pick-me-up treat!

I'm also feeling the bloat and am defo bigger than I was a few weeks back. 7+2 now. I'm also slim so it's obvious.

But then again today I have eaten:
3 apples
2 yoghurts
1 croissant
1 sandwich
1 packet of crisps

That's quite a lot!!!!

Hi, Is it ok if I join this thread? I only found out a couple of days ago that I am pregnant with our first, it's my first pregnancy as well. Looks like I'm due 23rd December.

Jenni I agree the sickness has kicked in for me it's so mean!! Luckily felt okish today so have to stay positive!

I'm 6+5 today and been so so thirsty?! Luckily I have a desk job so can keep sipping water but it still doesn't feel like enough! Has anyone else had this?
I googled picture of ultra scan at 6+5 and was amazed at the detail in the pics it quite shocked me! I can't believe the same is in my tummy! Unreal!

Poly yeh I've got about 4 iPhone pregnancy apps as like different things about each one but seeing a proper ultra scan what someone's had at the same time as me just made me think WOW!

Well today I have eaten for Britain.

Frusili bar, 3 (albeit small) slices of cake, 2 bags of low fat crisps, 1 tuna and sweetcorn sandwich. I am still starving. I'm only 5+5.

Nausea has really started to kick in today. I've spent all afternoon feeling really, really awful. I want to go home but work is manic so I'm stuck here. 10 hours at my desk and counting. Yawn.

So many new BFPs since my last visit, now we have the real Xmas babies :) Congrats everyone!

Polythene the new cat is a kitten but a big one! She's nearly a year old she is a bundle of energy, you forget how active they are as young 'uns as our old cat who passed away in February didn't really move much!

I am finding I have more energy than usual. Yesterday I did a lot of housework and repainted the patio, outdoor wood and bistro chairs and table. Today I washed all downstairs windows, went swimming with the baby, visited parents and baked bread and usual dinner etc.

It must be the vitamins, however, I am worried I have no symptoms other that a little bit light headed and slightly more hungry than usual. 6+1

Lucky you mrs, I have no energy and seem to be feeling sick constantly! I still haven't been sick yet though.
