December 2014, anyone else yet?

So I got a stupidly early faint positive today at 9dpo when I should definitely know better after a chemical last month. According to the Calendar I'm due December 1st so I've decided to be massively optimistic and start this thread. Is there anybody put there?

Sadly not something if you feel fine I would say you are lucky and make the most of it :) I think everyone is so different that we can't compare ourselves. I had bad af style cramps when af was due, really sore and enlarged boobs, tired and useless feeling, extreme hunger and if I don't eat get a slight sick feeling, weeing lots including every 2 hours one night! Varying from diarrhroea and constipation! I just really hope I don't get sickness don't know if I can cope with that!

MrsFtn · 31/03/2014 20:25

I feel fine. Boobs fine, no nausea or sickness, not even overly tired! I'm hoping for the best but fearing the worst. I know I won't get a scan until I'm at least 6 weeks so I'm holding out til Thursday to see GP.
One thing I am having though - and I remember this from my first pregnancy with DD - is VERY vivid sexy dreams! Is anyone else experiencing this?!

EmilyPinkOrBlue · 31/03/2014 20:58

One born every minute on!! Who's tuning in?? I watched last weeks yesterday it was the first time I'd watched it since 'knowing' I am pregnant! It was very surreal!

mopsytop · 31/03/2014 21:21

I'm watching. Already in tears!

PourquoiTuGachesTaVie · 31/03/2014 21:26

I won't say no to sexy dreams. Watched the finale of the Musketeers tonight and wondering if I should go to bed now? Grin

ImBrian · 31/03/2014 21:28

I'm sat here sniffling away watching it, might not have been a good idea!

I decided to watch revenge and sky plus obem for tomorrow eve :)

MrsFtn · 31/03/2014 21:31

The Walking Dead all the way Smile

somethingwittynot · 01/04/2014 06:22

Its just such a different early pregnancy experience than with my boys. Really hope nothing goes wrong.

OBEM was a tear jerker last night

EmilyPinkOrBlue · 01/04/2014 06:28

Maybe it's girl something :)

ImBrian · 01/04/2014 06:36

Something I've had 4 girls and every pregnancy had differen levels of morning sickness. My first was nothing, second I was fairly sick and the other two somewhere inberween. Plus I'm sure it didn't kick in till about 7 weeks.
I can say nothing mind because I keep prodding my boobs to check they're still sore haha.

OP posts:
MrsFtn · 01/04/2014 07:00

Poking my boobs as I was reading your last entry Brian! Still not sore Sad
Keep reminding myself I didn't have sickness with DD either and I'm not 6 weeks yet (which seems impossible because it feels like it's been about 2 months since first bfp!)

ImBrian · 01/04/2014 07:33

I have sore nipples but there not that bad. I don't feel particularly sick just slightly apart from 2 dry heaving occasions. Part of me wants it to kick in but then I think hell no!

somethingwittynot · 01/04/2014 07:39

Ah I had hyperemesis with DS1 then sick three times with DS2 so maybe none this time? Im still prodding my boobs to check they still hurt to Grin

SweepTheHalls · 01/04/2014 08:40

CB is still saying 1-2 weeks , when I am 3 (or 5 !) by my dates, so I've made a GP appointment today.

mopsytop · 01/04/2014 09:02

Hope it goes ok Sweep!

New symptoms of the day: blotchy red chest and very hot and sweaty... weird (feeling unattractive!)

somethingwittynot · 01/04/2014 09:27

Hope it goes ok sweep I got 2-3 when I was 4 weeks did one at 5 weeks and got 2-3 again though it wasnt fmu

rockstars12 · 01/04/2014 10:33

Hi everyone! Just trying to catch up. I have big boobs anyway, but now they are so painful I can't touch them and sleeping is proving a problem. I'm only comfortable when I'm in a bra and movement I controlled. Just had to spend £50 via bravissimo to get to sleep tops with integral bra. Also already bought a sleep pillow £12 from Argos to stop me rolling onto my front and waking me up. I prefer sleeping on my belly. Still sleeping like the dead. Fell asleep at half 5 yesterday, straight in from work.
Also had to cancel a trip was due to go on this morning cos of sickness and fatigue. My dh didn't want me travelling feeling so unwell. Especially as the place we were going to doesn't have the best medical facilities.

Hi not really had any symptoms yet except big blue veins in my boobs! But have woke up feeling a bit rough this morning. Am working nights now till friday, just hope I'm not sick in the night!!

littlepickly · 01/04/2014 13:16

Hi all, back after a few days away and am well and truly a POAS addict!! I'm starting to believe that I actually am pregnant now and not just making it up, determined to be positive and take everyday as it comes, although I'm wanting to feel sick now to prove it's real - how crazy is that, bet I live to regret it! Shock

My only symptoms have been tiredness and odd boobs Grin I poke them constantly and wonder it they're hurting just because they're bruised!!
They seem to get more hurty as the day goes on and by the evening my nipples feel sore and boobs are uncomfortable.

I'm only 5+3 so hopefully have a week or so before more symptoms kick in, I'm sure it started around 6-7 weeks with my DD.
I'm off to see Justin Trousersnake tomorrow night so really don't want to be feeling rough for him Grin

SweepTheHalls · 01/04/2014 15:01

HP, said to ignore the conception indicator, period bleeding was nothing to worry about and to be positive. She also said to try not to POAS for a week!

Bubba84 · 01/04/2014 17:21

sweep that's great news! What a relief for you Smile

How's everyone's symptoms? After a weekend of no nausea it returned today with a revengance which has floored me so was in bed pretty much all day (luckily I'm on A/L!). Went and bought some sea bands so let's hope they do the trick. I won't be able to wear them at work as I wear a tunic to work (work for NHS) but will take any other opportunity if it works! Fingers crossed!

ImBrian · 01/04/2014 17:56

I think we should rename this thread something to do with boob prodding haha.
Sweep that's great news, I'm on a poas ban as well.

Is anyone else bloated? I'm normally fairly flat in the belly department but my god by the end of the day it's huge! I think my muscles have given up the will to live at just a hint of pregnancy. I'm going swimming tomorrow to see if I can improve the situation before it looses all hope.

MrsFtn · 01/04/2014 18:07

Glad your GP was reassuring sweep. I have read quite a few times on MN that the CB tests are not as sensitive as other brands. Good luck lasting a week without POAS again!
pickly have a great time tomorrow - hope your nausea symptoms stay away long enough to enjoy the show!
Still no symptoms to report here. Going to try and see GP on Thursday to see if I can maybe get an early scan booked. I completely chickened out of telling work today - I just kept on making excuses as to why I couldn't do certain things and nobody batted an eyelid so they haven't guessed (mind you I do work with mostly men so that may be why)!
I do find I'm feeling really hot a lot of the time - not sure if it's due to warmer weather or hormones - I think I'm just looking for symptoms wherever I can get them!
