We're going through these fast! Thought seen as we were filling up the last thread fast I'd attempt a new thread, not sure how to copy our due date list over though... Could someone else do that?

Urgh I feel horrendous. Forgot to take my tablets last night and I feel and am so sick Hmm. It's DP's birthday so I'm trying to soldier on. If this sickness lasts any longer than 12 weeks I really don't know how I'll cope.

How's everyone else doing today? Good luck to those having scans today.

TroubleAndFyfe · 11/03/2014 12:49

Welcome Claire and congratulations! Smile How have you been feeling? Is this your first?

clairemiss79 · 11/03/2014 12:55

Hi troubleandfyfe. This is my fourth!! Have 3 dc already so feeling pretty tired. Been off work for a fortnight with the sickness.

What about you? Sorry to hear you're feeling so bad carebear. Hopefully we'll be hitting the blooming stage soon :)

mum2kiss · 11/03/2014 13:22

Sorry to hear some of you are still.suffering with the sickness :(

I'm headed back to the gp today for a second opinion on this suspected pgp! I was ok at the weekend but its back with a vengeance! The only difference at the weekend is that I didnt have to make the daily one mile walk from car to office...it seems that paired with the school run is killing my spine and pelvis!

TroubleAndFyfe · 11/03/2014 13:40

I've been very lucky and am just slightly nauseous most evenings. I had no sickness at all with DS. There are a couple of others on the thread for whom this is their 4th! I'm only having two so this will be the last pregnancy for me, hopefully it'll continue to be nice and easy so I can enjoy it!

ohthegoats · 11/03/2014 14:01

My sicky feeling has been slowly wearing off. I've managed to sort out some foods that stop me being bloated and constipated, which has also led to less nausea. Still feel sick for a chunk of eevery day but it's nowhere near as bad. I'm also 11+1 today, which hopefully means the feeling crap is going to start wearing off in general.

Loulou888 · 11/03/2014 14:06

I'm still feeling poorly here. Envy those of you that don't suffer are so lucky. Feel like life is at a standstill until I start feeling better. This is my 3rd only ever wanted 2 but how your mind can change as they start growing up. I had forgotten how horrible morning sickness is. Think I would rather go through childbirth and my little boy was back to back, certainly hope this one won't be.

Loulou888 · 11/03/2014 14:12

Mum2kiss is there anything they can give you to help? X

SidneyBristow · 11/03/2014 14:37

Hi all, can I join? I've been lurking since I found out I was pg but have held off saying hi for fear that getting comfy with this pregnancy would jinx me somehow. Has anyone else felt that way? I'm 8+3 today, EDD 18th Oct. I had a scan at 7 weeks that showed a strong heartbeat and that we were right on track size-wise; like you loulou I feel like I'm at a standstill, waiting til our 12 week scan and for good results from the harmony test - not to mention relief from ongoing nausea and exhaustion. I've had a dodgy stomach for the last couple of days so that's extra fun Hmm.

Also, I feel like a whale. A very haggard, pukey, tired whale. At least the relentless hunger has subsided somewhat. Oftentimes thought that just means I vomit water Envy

mum2kiss · 11/03/2014 15:00

Welcome sidney

Thanks for asking lou :) doc wanted to sign me off sick so that I wouldn't have to walk!!! I said no as I can work fine its just the walking that's adding to the pelvic pain so he has done me a statement of fitness for work which says I am only fit for work if they provide me withan on site parking space or the facilities to enable me to work from home. The downside to all this is that ot means I've had to tell my.boss earlier than I had planned but if it means I get relief from the awful pain then so be it!

Loulou888 · 11/03/2014 15:11

Absolutely you've got to help get relief from the pain. I'm self employed now but with my first everyone found out early on as I spent a lot of time in the toilet!

Welcome Sidney know how you are feeling I'm almost 8 weeks x

TroubleAndFyfe · 11/03/2014 15:37

That's great mum2kiss! Did you ask for a physio referral?
Welcome Sidney!

Loulou888 · 11/03/2014 16:14

Loulou888 · 11/03/2014 16:31

MundayCakes85 · 11/03/2014 16:49

So I can't admit this in RL to people that don't know I'm pregnant but I can't stop thinking about cheese!! One of my least favourite foods but at least I'm not craving mushrooms Smile

Bumpforme2014 · 11/03/2014 16:55

Hello all, I still feel pretty normal these days apart from not being able to stay awake past 9pm. I am 10 weeks tomorrow and had booking in app with lovely midwife today, made it all feel very real indeed.

Munday how funny, I am also addicted to cheddar cheese at moment and think about it a lot lol

pebble82 · 11/03/2014 16:56

Munday, I got out of bed at midnight because I NEEDED cheese and biscuits. Sat in the lounge, in the dark scoffing them when DP was fast asleep.

Also enjoyed Marmite on toast this weekend which I normally hate.

gunwalloe · 11/03/2014 17:04

lou these are closer to you

Loulou888 · 11/03/2014 17:08

Thank you gunwalloe will take a peek xx

binkybunny · 11/03/2014 17:12

I had a cheese craving now even thinking of it makes me gag!

Thankfully sick days are being outnumbered by good days now. 10+ 5 so hoping its only going to get better!

ldt87 · 11/03/2014 17:14

Just found this so marking the new thread. 2 scans have given me the due date of 11th of October. Hope everyone is feeling good. My sickness is on and off and my boobs hurt. I'm finally daring to be hopeful for my 12 week scan xx

MundayCakes85 · 11/03/2014 17:45

Thanks for making me feel less crazy. So far no midnight munchies Grin My mum and DH think it's hilarious as usually I won't allow cheese in my house!
Just catching up on OBEM then off to the parents for a roast dinner, yum
