noitsachicken- I am so sorry. That's awful news Thanks

sebsmummy1 · 22/01/2014 11:20

Chicken how early are you darling? If you are still very early there is a chance they wouldn't be able to see a heart beat even if everything is fine. That's why most early scan places are reluctant before 8 weeks. I am so so sorry you are going through this.

KitKat1985 · 22/01/2014 11:27

I'm so sorry to hear that noitsachicken. That's awful news. Feel free to use here to vent any emotions you need to get off your chest. Will be thinking of you. xxx

cookielove · 22/01/2014 11:31

isitme1 · 22/01/2014 11:48

Yup they cant see much at that gestation sebs.
When I had an early scan with ds2 at around 6+weeks itllooked like ds had a tail lol.
Was very reassuring to see.
Im glad it was good news kitkat!!

Chicken im sorry it wasnt so good for you. Hope you have a sticky bean soon allow yourself to heal x x Flowers
x

Mummyinpink1289 · 22/01/2014 11:56

So sorry noitsachicken sending hugs your way, hope you have lots of support at home to help you get through it if it is bad news Sad

Mummyinpink1289 · 22/01/2014 11:58

Weird someone mentioned about children sensing things - my 5yr old DS has been acting very clingy over the last few weeks - crying everytime i leave him at school and not letting me leave which he hasnt done since he started school back when he was 4! Iv made time to give him extra mummy time since it started to try fix things but now im wondering if children have some sort of weird 6th sense!

CumbrianExile · 22/01/2014 12:38

Sorry to hear that Chicken Thanks

I have my booking in appointment today, little bit nervous but sure it will go ok Smile

xxmissbrightsidexx · 22/01/2014 12:53

I'm so sorry that you're going through this Chicken, big hugs xx

mummyinpink it was me that mentioned it,I'm glad it's not just my child that's,acting weird lol xx

waffles1990 · 22/01/2014 12:58

noitsachicken sorry to hear the news Thanks

isitme ah they have to give you all the risks etc, it's still unlikely to happen re blood clots (touch wood) just erring on the side of caution x

newlywed I'm with you Sad sick as a dog and it only seems to be getting worse! got some anti sickness tablets (cyclizine) off doc but they're not impressing me.
Only throwing up twice a day but feeling rubbish for the rest of it!!! barely eating or drinking. Not been to work for a week.

Just had to do my booking appt over the phone with midwife so can get referred for scan etc, was too poorly to go into Drs!!! Blush

Pregnantberry · 22/01/2014 13:47

Very sorry to hear that noitsachicken, fingers crossed for you that you get a nice surprise.

waffles and newlywed my sickness has just started to get bad and I've had enough already. I think we should make like bears and go into hibernation for a few weeks.

rockin20s · 22/01/2014 13:49

oh god i just went to the loo and there was a very small amount of light brown spotting on my panty liner, nothing when i wiped though. im trying not to freak out but my heart is bumping!

ill just keep looking over the afternoon and if there is any more i think ill go to the hospital after work

BexBoo12 · 22/01/2014 14:45

Hi girls. Sorry I've been AWOL for a few days, I've had some family stuff going on - not very nice dealing with crap when all you want to do is sleep, cry and online window shop for beautiful baby things!!

Chicken I'm so sorry to hear your news. Sending lots of positive vibes your way, and hoping you get your sticky bean soon. Hugs xxx

How's everyone else? I had a bout of sickness last night but followed by severe diarrhoea so I'm actually wondering whether I've picked an upset tummy up off one of the kids. Felt fine again today. I've got my scan a week today!! Yippee!! Smile

BexBoo12 · 22/01/2014 14:45

Rocking don't panic- I think old brownish type blood is quite normal with lots of ladies x

duzzlightyearsmum · 22/01/2014 15:08

xxmissbrightsidexx my DS has been behaving a little strange and wants to be carried by only me all the time atm which is very odd as he normally is incredibly independent!

I have on and off sickness atm which I didn't have at all last time round! When I have it, its so intense I just have to lie down all curled up but then other days/ times of the day I'm absolutely fine!

Got my booking appointment for 5th Feb when I'll be 10 weeks so hoping that'll be enough time to get my scan booked in!

In other news I still haven't told my mum who we are currently living with!!! Don't think she's going to take the news very well and so I'm very nervous! Any advice???

Xxx

rockin20s · 22/01/2014 15:12

thanks bex have had nothing since, the guys i work with must think im mental rushing off to the loo every 30 mins

OP posts:
sebsmummy1 · 22/01/2014 15:30

Does anyone else suddenly get a feeling of wetness downstairs and find they assume the worst and think they are bleeding? I absolutely hate it.

cookielove · 22/01/2014 15:40

Yup sebs I do, I usually never go to the loo, yesterday I was in and out about 20 times Shock

Kt1991 · 22/01/2014 15:54

Yes Im like this all the time at the mo seb horrible isn't it! I keep checking constantly, I'm just so worried of something going wrong.
I'm sure your fine rockin if its brown like bex said sounds like old blood.

Ellisisland · 22/01/2014 15:59

Another one knicker checking all the time Hmm just want to get to 12 weeks so I can SEE the baby then I feel like I can breathe

waffles1990 · 22/01/2014 16:03

Just sent OH off shopping with a list of diva-demands... For some reason I believe the following will help the godawful nausea!!
*Swizzels love hearts - been recommended
*Red apples (woke up craving them?!)
*Satsumas - mmm the juice
*Limeade - err..
*Pain au chocolate and choc muffins - bit of stodge
*Rich tea biscuits (classic)
*Rasperry Ripple Ice cream - again, weirdly craving

I'll report back on their effectiveness later lol!

BexBoo12 · 22/01/2014 16:11

I am constantly on crotch watch!! Everytime I go to the loo. Shock

I can recommend rich tea biscuits. I haven't been sick but I do occasionally get a wave of nausea and each time I do I ram a couple of rich tea biscuits in. Works for me Grin

rockin20s · 22/01/2014 16:14

I am on constant crotch watch, have managed to stop myself doing daily pregnancy tests so i am making progress! Smile
