thanks mrsH!

Shirehobbit · 15/09/2013 16:54

Flyer, it's made by these people:
www.kernowchocolate.co.uk/

A friend is having bars of it as her wedding favours, but as the wedding is 19th Oct, she's sent me some to compensate for not being able to go.

MotherOfNations · 15/09/2013 16:55

That sounds lovely Shire. You could combine the sex/spunk swallowing with the chocolate. A spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down and all that.

GTbaby · 15/09/2013 17:00

my thread catch up has me now thinking about roast dinners and chocolate. Confused
May make a roast tomorrow. Prob is I'm the only one at home who eats them, so never make it.

claphammama · 15/09/2013 17:01

flyer and roofio I'm watching "location, location, location" in Liverpool. It looks lovely!

Tarlia · 15/09/2013 17:03

Haha you lot crack me up :D

MrsHoratioNelson · 15/09/2013 17:05

I can't eat chocolate any more, or too much cheese or jelly sweets Sad Too much reflux.

GTbaby · 15/09/2013 17:08

Oh and sympathise with fat comments. Although my dr is stealth at it and will say "high BMI". My BMI is 30. I had a normal monitor during last birth. The the head one only at the end.

Falcon if you get worried about movement pls go to hospital and demand to be monitored.
The worry will not help your BP.

The seaman thing I've heard as well.
I was thinking I should try get my labour going soon. Had very chilli food last night. But can't be bothered with walking or sex.

Umlauf · 15/09/2013 17:12

Oh shire I am suffering major chocolate withdrawal now! In Spain NO SHOPS are open on Sundays, we have nothing sweet in the house and I've gone a bit mad as a result!!

I heard the Semen thing but only on Michael Mackintyre so didn't take too much note. In any case not sure it's worth it, however fed up I am with being pregnant!

Aw GT I wish my Doctor was as polite as yours, he just laughs and says it outright "you are very fat!" The thing is I'm NOT! I have put on a lot, but I'm still half the size as he is!

I asked DH to google the longest human pregnancy ever, and it came out as over a YEAR. Gad blimey!

Shirehobbit · 15/09/2013 17:24

Sorry about the chocolate, Umlauf - if I could share via USB port, I would!
And it's bad enough coping with pregnancy changes and other people's insensitive comments without health professionals commenting on weight too. Sympathies x

Flyer747 · 15/09/2013 17:31

Oooh Clapham they are in South Liverpool where I live. Mossley Hill in fact just watching it on C4+1.

OrangeBlossom2 · 15/09/2013 17:32

A year?! Shock

Kelly1814 · 15/09/2013 17:36

Hi Everyone. Just checking in to say hi before my section tomorrow.(eek!)

thank you for all the wise words of support they have really helped.

Fingers crossed this baby has grown a bit more than 4 pounds and comes out kicking and screaming! Good luck all Smile

MotherOfNations · 15/09/2013 17:38

Just thinking it might not bring on labour but it's worth a try if you're wanting a tumble dryer Grin

BowlFullofJelly · 15/09/2013 17:57

I dunno mon, I'm not sure anything could convince me to swallow right now - the consistancy, hurl!!!

BowlFullofJelly · 15/09/2013 17:58

Good luck for tomorrow kelly x

textbook · 15/09/2013 18:05

Yes, surely this semen research has been paid for by Nuts magazine or similar?!?

Best of luck for your section tomorrow Kelly - be sure to check back in (when you can!) and let us know your news Grin we will all be waiting impatiently.

37+2 and SC. Totally avoiding all spicy food/shagging/sperm gargling as need to keep baby in another 9 days. Pre clerking on Friday along with 1st steroid jab. Also full of cold, and feel like baby has lodged herself in my lungs so I'm breathing heavily through my mouth. Attractive.

Falcon hope you're ok. It's horrid to hear you so down Hmm

I'm off to eat a donut...

Natalieand · 15/09/2013 18:16

A donut is bound to make it all better text xx I always forget but isit u that loves down south nearer to me (Portsmouth way?)

Best of luck too u tommorow falcon and hope little ones been stock piling the calories :-)

roofio87 · 15/09/2013 18:23

diege · 15/09/2013 18:26

Oooh Flyer I lived in Mossley Hill for 4 years (Rose Lane area).
Good luck for tomorrow Kelly are you the same Kelly as on the short cervix club thread? (I was also on there). Just ignore if I've got muddled!
BTW 3 for 2 at moment in Boots for baby stuff - got some lovely baby smellies for a bargain price when in town today.

MrsO27 · 15/09/2013 18:35

I definitely reckon it was a bloke who commissioned that research! I heard ice cream has the same effect ladies.

OrangeBlossom2 · 15/09/2013 18:47

Good luck tomorrow Kelly!

Good Luck for tomorrow Kelly I hope it all goes well.

Diege I love Rose Lane there is a lovely little bistro called Amber which we often go to. We live not far from Rose Lane, we moved here recently from Lark Lane (literally round the corner by Sefton Park) we still really miss nights out on Lark Lane and all the characters you see there.
