Gosh! Been away for a week and your nearly on a new thread!! Just had the most amazing week in Puglia with DH and ds. Will post a piccie on FB. My bump is now enormous but am not sure how much is pasta and how much is baby! I can definitely recommend taking your babies to Italy once they are here our ds was loved by all and he revelled in the attention. Such a great holiday DH is contemplating buying somewhere out there although I don't know how as I'm sure we can't afford it but I'm game if he is. Will catch up on more news later- too many pages to get through!

MrsO27 · 26/05/2013 09:41

Congrats on the good 20 week scan flowerpot. Glad things are less stressful for you now Smile
I'm with you on the dreams clapham. My DH has been dream cheating a lot since I've been pregnant! The dirty beggar! I've been with him 13 years (married just the 1 year) and in one dream he text me to tell me he had met someone else and it was all over. I told him about the dream the next day, explaining how angry I felt that after 13 years he would choose to dump me by text, when I was pregnant. I made him promise he would never do this. He now (probably quite rightly) thinks I'm bonkers!
I do feel a little more "clingy" to DH than normal. He's never given me any cause for concern (in terms of trust) but wonder if being pregnant makes us feel a little more vulnerable and our subconscious is playing out our worst fears in our dreams?

pinkbuttons · 26/05/2013 10:23

Welcome back mrsflowerpot great to hear 20 week scan went well Smile
Glad you had a good time away shooting am only a little bit jealous
Bra sizes also changed here from a 34c to 34dd but the back is starting to feel tight again so think will need to change soon.
Also we saw baby moving for the first time this morning. She was having a good wriggle and kick and DH and I were just sat there watching my tummy moving. Really is amazing Grin

MotherOfNations · 26/05/2013 10:42

Hotdoupdumpling Have you had a look at the bra threads on here because there are very few people who are a genuine A cup. I was measured as a 38 B in Marks but when I was fitted in Debenhams and Bravissimo I was a 32 E.

Hazeydays · 26/05/2013 10:56

cherry thanks for the new thread, I can't believe Im 20 weeks already!

really looking forward to the next scan, should I find out what colour Im getting, I just cant decide?!

Natalieand · 26/05/2013 11:27

Do it hazey dooooo it! When is the scan?

I'm 20 weeks tommorow the big half way point :-)

LostMySocks · 26/05/2013 12:03

Not posted for a while as we've been trying to sell our house and spent ages tidying and decluttering.
Finally at 21 weeks i actually almost look pregnant. Saw my family yesterday and they all say I have a bump, although work people are still surprised when I tell them.
Off to celebrate by trying to buy some maternity clothes as my jeans are tight and we're off on hols in a couple of weeks so will definitely need before I get back

TheFalconsmistress · 26/05/2013 12:19

I second you mon I was a 40 D at M and S and 38 f in debenhams and bravissimo much better fit! i have oomf but i do not wear my bra whenever im not going out atm boobs have kind of exploded im up to a G in asda!

Hazeydays · 26/05/2013 12:20

going back for a scan in 2 weeks (pregnancy is a bit of a medical miracle so will be scan No8) with camera shy offspring, Have you found which flaour you are having Natalieand?

Natalieand · 26/05/2013 13:08

Yes hazey I'm having a boy. I had a private scan at 16 weeks to find out and they confirmed it at the 20 week scan I already have a 2.7 year old girl called honey. Is this your first baby?

I desperately want a BBQ today when hubby gets in from work (4.30) but we took ours to the tip last bank holiday with the intention of buying a new one but we haven't yet and due too the time off he had for his appendix and the fact we r going away to Devon cliffs for a few days in 2.5 weeks we can't afford to fork out unnecessarily for a BBQ and I feel like throwing a pregnant diva strop about it lol

PseudoBadger · 26/05/2013 13:14

Spent last night 'sleep training' DS so I am worn out
20 weeks yesterday, I'll put a bump pic on FB later.
Beautiful day here (and everywhere I think)?
Definitely check out a Bra Guru thread or the blog anyone who is getting a new bra. I wore a 36B for years. I'm currently in a 32FF!!

roofio87 · 26/05/2013 13:39

Natalie me too, we've bought a bbq but its still in the box and have to wait till next month to fork out for the gas!! oh well.
had my first night with my pregnancy pillow last night, I slept for 12 hours so I must have been comfy!! dp loved it too, twice I woke up and he was hugging into it himself!!

Natalieand · 26/05/2013 13:46

I've got the opposite problem roofio I've got the gas just no BBQ. Don't suppose your local to me r ya? Lol

roofio87 · 26/05/2013 13:48

Haha, u fortunately not, I think we're opposite ends of the country, shame!! will just have to make do with eating normal food outside!!

roofio87 · 26/05/2013 13:48

*unfortunately not!!

Natalieand · 26/05/2013 13:50

What's everyone got for dinner? I normally do roast on a Sunday but do I want roast in the sun? Lol

PseudoBadger · 26/05/2013 14:28

I'm currently ruining roast beef and roast potatoes.... Sad

Racheld33 · 26/05/2013 15:28

We're in Chester for the weekend natalie so there's a free BBQ in our back garden in chorley if you want to pop round and use it? Grin

Flyer747 · 26/05/2013 17:01

Natalie have you felt any movements yet? I think we are due a day apart. And I'm still waiting to feel the first movements/kicks.

Smitten1981 · 26/05/2013 17:35

I'm just taking a break from DH's nan's 90th birthday garden party to 'feed the dog' and escape people I've only met once looking me up and down and talking about how they can/can't see a bump.

thatsnotmypineapple · 26/05/2013 18:54

I am soooo tired today. It is my own fault for staying up late playing a game on my iPad (rock n' roll huh). I normally do a run on Sundays, but have not had the energy. I am also getting so much slower so even doing a couple of miles seems to take forever. Nevermind, it is nearly dd's bedtime, so I can flop in front of the tv.

BreeWannabe · 26/05/2013 19:17

Hi ladies and greetings from a warm but cloudy Scotland. It's been glorious weather-wise this weekend, and with the baby acting as a little internal heater I've been melting!

We had an exciting day yesterday-we (well, my lovely parents!) ordered our pram! We've gone for the Uppababy Vista in red and I loooove it-had great fun pushing it round the shop :) It's so exciting to finally be able to buy things!

Has anyone else been told at their scan that placenta is anterior? Mine is, and I've read online that it can mean you don't feel movement as strongly. I do feel movements sometimes, but other times I feel nothing. Is this the same for any of you? Is an anterior placenta a bad thing?!

Hope everyone is having a lovely Sunday :)

PseudoBadger · 26/05/2013 19:34

There are several of us with anterior placentas I believe. Not a bad thing in itself afaik, just means movements are sometimes less easy to feel. I get some movement but all low down.

Slowjogs · 26/05/2013 19:37

sanji and hayle I'm scanning on Wednesday too- can't wait! We're hoping to find out the flavour Smile

TheFalconsmistress · 26/05/2013 20:09

Where about are you bree I am in Fife :) it was a little sunny today about as much as we ever have!

So hormonal right now crying all the time Confused Not felt Willow all day I also have anterior placenta but yesterday felt her loads and probably will tonight too its still a bit scatty atm. 22 weeks today feels like its flying in!
