Thought I would treat us un a festive thread

OP posts:

I have an isofix car but neither of our carseats have used it.

Also, did you see the recent bra threads in AIBU? After measuring myself rather than going to a shop I've gone from 42D to 36HH. Also you need to scoop, scoop, scoop!

I did the leaning forward with no bra on method of getting the cup size. I was shocked too but Mr Bullets is happy about it :o

Morning all! Due date today!! No signs of any imminent arrivals though! Sweep number 3 booked for tomorrow Hmm

Still getting loads of painful BH which really ramp up every evening but that's been happening for weeks (do you think that's because of my raspberry leaf capsules? - im taking max dose) I am getting a bit more nervous every day as baby is obviously getting bigger every day! Confused Also one of my friends at work has just had number 2 - she had a second DS weighing in at 10lb 7oz and he had shoulder dystocia and needed a bit of resuscitation to get going (all is fine now tho) DH is really cross that my friend shared her birth story so close to my delivery as its really not helped my nerves (or his!) but I completely understand her wanting to talk about it to someone who has experienced something similar.
It is also mine and DHs 6th wedding anniversary today. Think we will probably just go out for dinner with DS too. DS has picked Pizza Hut Hmm Not the most romantic setting - but I do love pizza! Grin

Arf @ smoking it out Grin

cartoontrickster · 24/02/2013 11:17

I just went in search of the bra thread after reading rubbers post. they said 28f! but maybe best to go 30e as pregnant. I've been wearing 30 or 32d! I'd love to go and try some of these sizes but trouble is the assistants always try to attack you if they notice a range of sizes in your hand. had a bit of a spree on New clothes yesterday, mostly primarni to be more comfy/ hide my bloated tummy. stretchy and elasticated here I come!

GreenOlives · 24/02/2013 12:08

Get lighting that fire sparks! Grin Hope your urticaria has settled down a bit and I hope they find some answers at your dermatology appt!
Waves at boo and cartoon - yay for stretchy and comfy!

Good lordy I am the most grumpy moody cow today :( I am snapping and complaining and moaning about everything today Shock :(

NewYearNewBoo · 24/02/2013 14:42

Ooh and Yy to the new look clothes, got a lovely couple of bits from there.

NewYearNewBoo · 24/02/2013 15:04

Oh and another thing, can't seem to un glue my arse from the sofa and I'm sensationally constipated :(:(

Grumpy boo!!!!!!!!!

GenericDietCola · 24/02/2013 15:36

Olives, I am brooking for an anniversary baby for you!

boo, have a rest my dear, and maybe some prunes too Smile

Don't talk to me about bras. I need better fitting nursing bras but can't face or afford the proper bra shop. places like mothercare start at 34 and only go up to G and I'm prob more like 32HH. And I'm not even that big! The shops just haven't cottoned on to realistic bra sizing! Grr.

RubberBullets · 24/02/2013 16:02

Ebay Gen?

Have you measured yourself?

GenericDietCola · 24/02/2013 19:28

Good idea, Rubber, I will measure then take a look!

TheLittleFriend · 25/02/2013 07:56

Green, hope your sweep works my love. Sending lots of brooking your way x

I was going to get measured and treat myself to some nice nursing bras on valentines day. Ds decided to arrive instead, so I'm bursting out of my old ones! Smile

NewYearNewBoo · 25/02/2013 08:02

Aaw, what a lovely way to have your plans interrupted though Little

Olives good luck with your sweep, hope it gets things moving for you, if not I will bring the bellows and help Sparks smoke baby O out of there Grin

Could I ask for a little bit of brooking for teen boo today? He has his sight review this afternoon. He will never show any improvement, but can we brook that his changes have been minimal so we can stave off the 'B' word I bit longer?? Thanks

GreenOlives · 25/02/2013 11:45

Brooking like mad for teenboo The B word will not be mentioned im sure.
chimney sweep Midwife has been, another different one so that's 3 different people who have had their hand up my fanjo in the last week! Shock Am stupidly excited that it has actually caused a bit of spotting this time as the last two didn't even do that! Smile May still need the bellows though boo! Another one booked for Weds if this one doesn't do anything!

CruCru · 25/02/2013 12:49

Hi all

I've joined you from the brooking conception thread.

Love

Cru

NewYearNewBoo · 25/02/2013 13:12

CruCru · 25/02/2013 13:52

Hi Boo, thanks I look forward to it.

GreenOlives · 25/02/2013 14:14

Welcome cru Lovely to see you over here. Smile

RubberBullets · 25/02/2013 14:21

Olives maybe miniolives is waiting for a non Christmas thread before making an appearance, We are nearly at the end of this thread so hopefully won't be long

cartoontrickster · 25/02/2013 14:26

hi cru Grin yay I'm not the newest grad anymore!

BartletForTeamGB · 25/02/2013 15:55

A new grad! Excellent!

The threads do seem to run a fairly strict one in, one out policy, so we just need olives to sneeze and then there will be another graduate, I have no doubt! Grin
