I always hope think my waters have gone in the loo too, no such luck yet.

That was the worst fucking nights 'sleep' of my life. I think I saw every hour. I can't breathe through my nose, my throat is dry from breathing through that instead, I can't get comfy and went to the loo about 10 times. I either want this baby out now or this cold to bugger off, I can't deal with both.

Sophiathesnowfairy · 03/11/2012 07:25

DH I was with you every hour!

Curry night again last night withDH we went out for the first time in ages and then even managed a bit of intamacy on return, not in the league of detective (and who on earth was still 3 times a week?) Just so you feel better mm and fatima we haven't DTDsince 20 weeks but a girl still needs a bit of intamacy!Grin

I spent the night up on the loo/with really bad reflux/really sore back, everything TBH. Now think I have caught your cold DH Confused, headache and sore throat and sore boobs bizarrely!

Detective I felt awful when I read that stuff about your work issue last night and really wanted to give you a big hug. What a shitty thing happen and what rubbish timing. Happy due date/anniversary.Thanks xx

Tits hoping they get there act in gear for you today.

Izzy have been there on the nipple front and empathise entirely, loads of cream, from what others have said you are not immune to that in theafirstfew days even if you have fed before. Oh joy. Hmm

DesperateHousewife21 · 03/11/2012 07:50

Sorry sophia I wouldn't wish this cold on anyone it's vile.
I've been slapping on the Vicks but didnt actually think to check its ok to use in preg, I assume it is?

Sophiathesnowfairy · 03/11/2012 07:53

I think by this point anything goes!

Dixiebell · 03/11/2012 07:55

I saw every half hour. DH finally taken hint and says he's going to sleep on mattress in spare room from tonight Grin.

Already in a foul mood as DS woke shouting 'daddy, daddy' at about 6.30. DH was sleep breathing, so I went in, DS just cried and said 'I don't want my mummy' for about 10 mins. Well I'd rather be in bed too little boy! Eventually stormed back into bedroom and said to DH, are you planning on getting up?! Poor DH. He always does mornings with DS, and I know he'd appreciate a lie in, but getting up after a restless night is bad enough without having to convince a 2year old to stop crying and be nice to me too!!

jaylee89 · 03/11/2012 08:20

how is it i manage to sleep right through and not get up to use the loo Confused but have a monster one in the morning? strong bladder maybe?

i had the weirdest dream about a bloody show last night! it was all stringy and wrapped around my legs and shoes, like strings and strings of chocoloate milkshake coloured gunk! was very strange! made me cringe a bit this morning lol.

about the talk on DTD i try to do it as much as possible maybe in on the chart about 2-3 times a week and if hes lucky like tuesday he got it twice!

anyone else have really achey boobies and swollen 'fanjo'?? or is that probably just me and my body being a total weirdo! 39 weeks tomorrow and want this baby to come any time soon please 'you hear me baba...you can COME now'

hope everything goes well today tits and you are having newborn snuggles by the end of today..........no no were not jealouse at all!!!! Grin

jaylee89 · 03/11/2012 08:21

*jealous

Sophiathesnowfairy · 03/11/2012 08:46

Can I stay in bed this morning?

Lilliana · 03/11/2012 09:17

I have a swollen fanjo too but no achey boobs :(

Had the worst nights sleep last night. I have put the mattress protector on as don't want to trash our lovely mattress but it did not aid a restful nights sleep. Gutted as DH only has every other weekend off and we were going to have a lie in together this morning but he can't get back to sleep once he's awake. So tired and have a busy day ahead.

Good luck today Tits

Chunkychicken · 03/11/2012 09:20

Think it was wee.Blush

I had a reasonable sleep until DD came in about 4.40 telling me she was 'wake'. She wanted a cuddle, then a drink, so I was awake, achey & almost falling out of bed until about 5.30 when she was happy to go back to her bed, as long as she took her drink!! She said 'night night Daddy' as we walked out of our room, then 'night night baby' and then 'night night mummy' from her bed. Bless.

Had BH all through the night & this morning, but it doesn't seem to get painful or regular. It feels like I'm being taunted. Especially when my boobs feel SO much fuller too.

Flowers and a nice cup of honey & lemon Brew to DH and Sophia.

Titsalinabumsquash · 03/11/2012 09:26

Angry woken up (haha didn't sleep) to 1 very busy midwife on duty and no other staff appear to be present.
What started as a "we'll induce you Friday quickly turned into promising a 7.30am start today"
Now all I'm getting is them telling me a dr will review me at some point. I'm really fucking angry with all this now. I'm hot, uncomfortable, tired and stressed. It's way worse when they promise it and don't deliver. Sad

Sophiathesnowfairy · 03/11/2012 10:17

Thanks chunky

Angry on behalf of Tits

TheDetective · 03/11/2012 10:18

Where on earth is anyone getting the message DP is lucky enough to be getting it 2-3 times a week!!! 4 times in 40 weeks and I cried after on 2 occasions Blush.

I gave it up as a bad job at 24 weeks! Only did it the other night out of DP's desperation!

40 weeks today. Yay Hmm Grin

Jaylee I can manage all night without a wee too! Fit to burst in the morning! Did go through a phase of having to get up to go but it was at the point I had a UTI! Bladder back to normal monster strength you have to have a bladder of steel being a midwife doesn't seem to stop the baby kicking the piss out of me though!!!!! How rude!

I had the strangest frickin' dream ever last night! Think Hangover, complete with Mr. Chow! 4 pregnant women in my heavily disguised car. I tell you what, I'd of made millions with that idea. --if only
I could remember the majority of it.--

I'm tired also. I would like to stay in bed. I have a party to take DS to and a weeks grocery shop to tackle :( meh.

MissMummy1 · 03/11/2012 10:21

Happy due date detective! Grin

I'm feeling a million times better today, but typically him indoors is now 'dying' - complete with sound effects. I suppose our date day is now out the window.... I should be more sympathetic. He was fab with me Blush.

Hope you're feeling better soon dh21 and sophia xx

jaylee89 · 03/11/2012 10:22

tits i would seriously be fucking ripping their throats out now. i would walk up to one of the midwifes grab her by the scruff and say look lady......if u dont shove some gel into my fanjo in the next 10 mins im gonna put something in ur fanjo that cant be removed.......DO YOU HEAR ME!

i feel so sorry for you hun Thanks

CharleeWarlee · 03/11/2012 10:24

jaylee im with you on the swollen fanjo. Never its its life of 22 years on this planet has it ever looked so enormous Confused I hope for the life of me that it returns to its normal size without getting flappy. Else I may have to look at getting a designer vagina!

tits Kick some ass. They've had you waiting long enough! and Good luck Thanks

TheDetective · 03/11/2012 10:26

DH I found karvol capsules very good when I had a cold last week. Dried the snot right up Grin. You can definitely use those. Vicks is fine though if it's working for you!!

CharleeWarlee · 03/11/2012 10:29

Oh and is anybody feeling the urge to nest? I have a house that needs gutting from top to bottom because I have a very messy lazy DP that I simply cant be assed to do.

Titsalinabumsquash · 03/11/2012 10:29

I'm awaiting the arrival of my pessary then I'm off. thank Christ for that

They came and asked "are you happy to proceed?"

I nearly jumped down his throat before he'd finished talking Grin

Sophiathesnowfairy · 03/11/2012 10:31

No detectiveit was someone else, but it was in the same train of conversation about your shenanigans I can't remember who it was.

CharleeWarlee · 03/11/2012 10:35

Congrats tits baby today then please Grin

Sophiathesnowfairy · 03/11/2012 10:37

It was.......drum roll........... charleewarlee I really really wish I had the energy and confidence but I just feel tired and ugly and fat thus not up for initiating anything and DH wouldn't go for it unless I did and never makes me feel bad. So a bit of a cuddle extra very few weeks is what we have resorted to.

Chunkychicken · 03/11/2012 10:38

Is it wrong to eat a second choc croissant for breakfast??!!

I too have a swollen fanjo. Or rather, did have a few weeks back when I could vaguely get in a position where I could observe it Blush Don't remember that with my DD!!!

Happy due date Detective.

CharleeWarlee · 03/11/2012 10:45

Blush Guilty as charged. Although I do doubt DP will be getting it so often over the next few weeks until baby is here. I just want to sleep.

I feel like I resemble a hippopotamus but after being in the clinic yesterday I seem to have a small bump.

Cant get comfortable. DP was moaning last night because I couldnt for the life of me stop fidgeting. He hates fidget bums Grin

CharleeWarlee · 03/11/2012 10:50

No chunky One for you, one for baby Wink

I had to ask DP to hold the mirror while I shaved the lady garden on Thursday as no matter which position I get in, I cant see it :(

He is very cringy about this sort of thing and couldnt look which resulted in me butchering myself to death Sad
