mama Thanks for the reassurance. I only ate a small amount (I got halfway through the salad before I thought 'this doesn't taste like feta'....) so fingers crossed it will be OK. I just keep worrying about everything because that's the person I am! Wishing you all the best. You have so much more to put up with than pesky goat's cheese salad!
Great to hear about more good scans. Keep them coming! Welcome to the newbies as well. I hope you find this group as helpful as I have. Many useful tips and much reassurance have come my way since joining.
I am one of the people with an anterior placenta. I do feel my baby move most days but not always. We saw movement from the outside for the first time a few days ago but that hasn't happened since. So I can still feel but I suspect there's a lot of movement going on in there that I don't feel.
Caught up with some friends at the weekend. One is 12 weeks pg with DC2, she announced, and another is 7 weeks pg with dc1 which she announced at the weekend as well. So we had some great pregnancy chats! It feels like everyone is suddenly having babies. Then again, I am 33 so I think it's just an age thing.
Lots of vexing things (commuting by train, stress at work, headaches, very sore breasts, and many many more) but I think my 'I'm having a baby' excitement just overrules it all at the moment. Knowing how lucky I am that it's all going well is sobering, and even when I had heartburn and tummy twinges earlier I just thought "that's because I'm pregnant and I'M GOING TO HAVE A BABY!"
Hopefully this optimism can get me through the rest of the winter!
