MS has really hit me the last week. Not being sick but just feel nauseous all the time. Trying to eat little and often, can only really face water biscuits and toast. Oh and my obsessionfrom last pregnancy, oranges! Wish I had enjoyed the hunger from first weeks more, instead of worried about weight gain...

Ugh, managed to get the cold that is travelling round work. Started on Friday and was in full effect over the weekend ? thought I would drown in my own snot (TMI!).

And of course you have to be careful what you can take, but my husband managed to find a nasal spray that said it was OK to take (and it?s only twice a day).

Also with all the sneezing and blowing my nose I did have thoughts about pushing this baby out already!!! But I think (hope) that is just being silly.

Also agree with what others have said re: constipation. Normally I?m a bit on the loose side(again TMI) due to wheat intolerance and stress IBS, so actually I haven?t minded being firmer ? but what I could do without is all the movement/pains before you go as it makes me worry it?s my womb and not my intestines. Not sure if that?s just me or if others have the same thing?

Big week for me as I am 7+2, last time I MC at 8 weeks so have extra reasons to be paranoid this week.

Morning all! Just wondering - do I add myself to the due date list myself or is that not how it's done?? I'm a bit of a lurker but have been feeling so alone the past few days feel the need to make an effort and embrace MN a bit more! DD around 4th July.

Spent first 2 weeks of knowing I was pregnant with bad flu and now feeling ill once again with nausea, extreme tiredness, dizziness, feeling weak. Nothing prepared me for how bad I would feel. We told parents, my sis and my boss as felt I needed to tell somebody at work. Really considering telling more people as been feeling really fed up that nobody knows why I'm being so crap at work, antisocial etc etc. It seems like the one time you really need support the most is the one time you're not expected to tell anyone!!

It's reassuring to hear others are feeling icky too but I hope you all feel better really soon!

I also second the itchy and sore boobs!

Sorry you're feeling so crummy. I agree with the painful irony of having to keep it all to yourself when really struggling. I was a bit sicky this morning (feeling as if I was gonna be rather than actual) but I'm only 5+ weeks so just thought I hope it doesn't get worse than this as work will be a huge struggle and way too busy at the mo!

Mine is on 3rd.. Exactly 3 weeks and counting down the days!

Georgie if you are on the mini pill there is a slight risk of ectopic, not sure about the normal pill.

I phoned the GP surgery and I can't even get an appointment for another 2 weeks. Anyone got any distraction ideas?

On a positive note when I was crying to DH after I'd been on the phone I had a sudden wave of nausea. It was like the baby was trying to reassure me, aww.

photo Thunder I also booked my 8 week reassurance viability scan this morning too! It's on Dec 11th! 12 week won't be until after NY and I can't wait until then.

ellie my GP surgery wasn't exactly forthcoming and wouldn't even give me an appointment. Got to go in collect and complete a booking in form and then sit on my hands and wait until the MW calls me!!! Perhaps book yourself a private viability scan?

Hi BB after my MC I found that keeping it a secret wasn't ideal because I then needed to explain to work why I wasn't in and my nearest and dearest as I was so in need of support! With DD1 I just told everyone and we are slowly telling people about this one too.

Got my reassurance scan booked too it's next week when I'll be 7 weeks this week is going to drag...

Thanks orangebubbles, that's reassuring to know another opinion on this as most people are so dead set against telling people! It is frustrating that you don't get any appointments for a while as you want it to feel real don't you! Thundercatz, feel better soon. I know what you mean also about the worry of it getting worse! Think the anxiety about it worsening is almost worse than how I feel physically! I also can't imagine how I'd cope at work if I felt worse than I do now! Fingers crossed we won't get to that point.

Oh no! I can't add myself to the list yet because I don't have a date
I still don't feel sick. I'm starting to worry about it and I don't even have my first midwife appointment for another two weeks.

Purplemonster try not to worry too much, I don't feel sick either (and didn't in previous pgs). Its a long wait until the first appt isn't it, I have another 2 weeks too so I'm going on my dates until then

purple I think most of us are using the mn date calculator here. Also, other than tiredness and slightly tender boobs, I've absolutely no other symptoms and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that sickness doesn't rear it's ugly head either!

ellie I had my gp appt on Friday and it was v uneventful too so you are not missing out on much! Was keen to do early as we have one great and one terrible maternity hospital around here so wanted to get booked into popular one early fingers crossed.

Only 5 weeks but paranoid about lack of symptoms! Tiniest bit of nausea very occasionally that I think might be in my head, but last month I definitely knew - really sore boobs esp, and they're fine at the moment :-/ I've turned into a crazy lady overnight and am getting NO work done...

Can someone add me please on 19th?

This is dc3, I had night sickness with both others this seems to be morning, I am a cm and start at 6 and can see me being sick a few times so think I'm gonna have to speak to the mum in case her very clever little girl goes home saying I've been sick! Wasn't going to tell anyone yet as I had loads of bleeds with dc2 but I sent dp a pic of the test and he showed it round his workmates to see if they knew what it was! Luckily only one has kids and clicked what it was!

Can I join you ladies? Poas on Friday and got a faint line but a line is a line!

Like lots of you I have previously had a mc (in June at 8 weeks) so feeling pretty anxious. Had an excited moment today and started daydreaming about an actual baby and downloaded a preggers ap but then had some weird cramps and uninstalled the app just in case I was tempting fate! So daft!

Got sore boobs, tired and nausea who knows what's going on down there!

Dr google says I'm due on the 20th July but my periods are a bit random so we'll see!

Lol at you turning into crazy lady Guava - me too! Feel too obsessed with it all - am looking longingly at (visibly) pregnant women and longing for my own bump!!!
Bet you will have lots of symptoms to complain about soon!
