Were going to stay with friends tonight, which will be interesting as I haven't been able to stay awake past 9 yet! Also felt really sick in the evening too last night, so don't think I will be much fun!!!

Hubby was late home last night (well not back until 8:30) and when he got in said "phew I made it just in time, almost your bed time innit"
He says I'm like a toddler in the evenings, huffing and puffing and moving around trying to stay awake and pretend I'm not tired

I had my GP appointment yesterday too. He suggested that the hospital might want to do any early scan as I was on clomid when I conceived. Will give them a ring on Monday and find out.

Morning all! Mind if I join a bit late? I'm due 9th Oct. Thought my MS was starting last weekend but it turned out I had D&V

Everything seems to be ok though and I've woken up this morning feeling overwhelmingly nauseous. So tired too! DS is 15m so this is number 2.

I've got my MW booking appt at the end of the month, which is a pretty long appointment as far as I remember. I have no childcare options for DS really so imagine a large bag of toys & snacks is the way forward?

Hi all. Seeing Kelbells has been brave enough to join the thread & I had my 2nd BFP this morning, I'm going to take the plunge & introduce myself!!!

Very early pg with DC#2 - 4wks tomorrow I think judging by LMP. So EDD is 21st Oct. Still not entirely sure I will be/stay pg, despite not having had any issues before BUT there's always a first time, it was only our 2nd mth TTC & I feel it was all a bit too easy. :( However, I do have some symptoms (although completely different to my 1st pg) - some nausea at times, backache, flutter feelings in my tummy (which is v v odd, but think it list be due to increased blood flow??), headache & TERRIBLY indigestion, which I never have normally. Hoping that fate/God/Murphy will be kind to be & my kharma isn't so bad that this stays a 'sticky bean'

Pinpan my DD was 4 days early so they don't all come late...

Hoping everyone hears good news soon.

I am having such a lazy morning. 2 eldest are out now until tomorrow evening and youngest has just got home from footie and is now in his room on the Xbox. I have had a wee tidy up, put some washing on and am now drinking tea on the sofa still in my jammies.

Hubby has taken to asking me at various points in the day what "boak factor" we are on.....boak factor 1 being good and boak factor 10 meaning bad! Right now I do believe I am boak factor 6

I have scan Monday and seeing consultant wednesday.
I really hope it's my cervix playing up and not another mc

Bubble if there is no blood on wiping then surely that's a good thing?? Maybe its best not to be poking around inside
This could be a stupid question but could it just be a sensitive cervix and maybe the plug forming??

gizzy that's what I'm hoping. Just the not knowing driving me insane wish it was Monday now.
My mum said same thing said to not clean inside.
Just never known anyone to have spotting early on and it be ok. My sister had a massive bleed at 16 weeks loads of blood and her baby is fine.
I try to reassure myself that my boobs still hurt and I still feel sick and last time I had mc my boobs stopped hurting I could tell I wasn't pg anymore. I don't know. Feel like I'm walking round in circles

Awwww Bubble its only natural to feel nervous and worried. Just look around mumsnet. It is full of threads and positive stories of spotting and early bleeds.

PMA bubble....and know we are all here thinking positive for you too

thanks bubble. I don't know, it's weird. It's 2 weekends in a row now, but during the week I'm ok-ish. I work in a place where it's easy to catch this kind of thing...but still, weird to have 2 in a week. ANd on the weekend [feeling sorry for self emoticon]

dame i think we have reduced immune system when pregnant to help the baby stick? i know ive had a cold non stop for a months now and i feel crap :(

Well, the bleeding went quite red, then brown like old blood and now nothing? Tested again this morning and got a very strong positive. I don't know what to think? I have some training on Tuesday which is very physical and that I shouldn't really do but to bail out of it means telling I'm pregnant, and I really don't want to tell them yet ....

Hi all, I've been lurking a bit after getting a BFP about two weeks ago. Can I join you? I think I'm about 6w, so estimating due date of 1st October. Have scan booked for 9th March though so will hopefully get a more accurate date then. Morning sickness has definitely kicked in, and I've got a 23mo DD to run around after as well. Ooh, and I have a cold. Great fun

I've also had a small amount of light brownish discharge yesterday and this morning, which I'm keeping an eye on but hoping it's nothing. Big hugs to others experiencing the same. The anxiety is horrible.
