Welcome Jenny and Honey! It's so hard not being able to tell people isn't it? I'm trying to work out how to deal with work tomorrow, as we are moving offices, and I'm usually one of the first to pitch in with the heavy boxes!
@Lola So sorry about burglars that's awful.
@Bee you're a star!
@jomouse - this may not be very helpful, but I had a strong history of depression, and everyone was sure I would get PND, but I didn't. I was so worried, as DH isn't very good at spotting things like that, and I know from experience that I would deny the symptoms until things were very bad. Turned out fine.
Having DD might have destroyed my body, my sleep, my sex life, my social life, my career prospects and pretty much everything else, but she has made me happier than I've ever been in my life. My previous cycle of depression seems to have been halted.
So I suppose I'm saying that while you should definitely read up on it and prepare those around you to keep an eye on you, you shouldn't let it worry you to the point that it spoils your enjoyment of your pregnancy.
Sending a hug anyway though!
