Gruff, glad they are monitoring you well. Big babies also run in our family (my nephew was 11lbs.), but that obviously isn;t the problem here. Cant add any useful advice sorry.

Diege or ses are you there i could use your medical background please, I am just starting work on my dip and havent done this for so long I am not sure I am doing it correctly...

Off into town today- need to buy a tight sports type bra- my boobs are all engorged and hurt like hell!! was leaking last night too :( so need a tight one that will help the milk reduce and still support me.

Managed a pretty good night sleep which was fab!! Nice to be back in my own bed.

Bumps- let me know if you do want any of my maternity clothes as i'll be sorting them over the next week- want rid asap or they'll sit there for months if i dont. have some 14's but mostly 16's... sure you wont need 16's but if the 14's wont be too big then you're welcome to them as i have said before. :)

Diege- sorry for sickness- but i'm recent proof that once it stops you'll forget you felt so ill very fast!! it's just so draining when it's the same sicky feeling day in day out... {{hugs}} (but dont tell anyone)

Gruff- hope all is fine with the test, but at the same time at least you're getting seen to now rather than things gettin worse. then you've time to get the right advise on what's causing the dizzyness etc.

Hi tink- managed to get a couple of tight sports type bra's in town yest, thats all I went for as my blobs are full of milk now and they're throbbing! The bras seems to be easing the pain a bit.

Our local next outlet is having a sale on sat so I'm off there before I buy the rest of their summer stuff. Managed to get some really nice bits in our m& outlet a few weeks ago for them already, shorts, leggings, summer dresses etc for £1 esch! Can't pass up bargains like that with 3 to dress!

Hi All, hope you are all having a good weekend. Had a hectic busy morning here, so just having a little sit down with snack and Little Einsteins before going out in the garden - hope rain holds off. Done weekly shop, collected bits from Next and bought a gorgeous dress and cardi for my niece in sale ready for Christmas - 'cos they are in Australia, I buy seasonal pieces at funny times of year!

Diege - did you get a scan yet, hope sickness is not too debilitating this week.
Gruff - how is the house-hunting going? Hope you are notfeeling too uncomfortable yet.
Can't - piccies on Fb are gorgeous - you should be very proud of yourself. Hope bras are helping.

Wow I cant believe how quiet it is on here.

Not been up to much here really. Had our first day with us all at home together in over 2 weeks yesterday. Took the kids to a harvesters for lunch which was nice. Then went to the park for a bit before coming home for a relaxing afternoon.

We've been considering options on having dc4 in 4-5 yrs. Few things would need to be in place before we started ttc but dh seems pretty understanding of why I'm wanting another... To say a few months ago he'd not even broach the subject with me looks positive!

CANT, that's great news about a possible dc4 - I'll bet you don't hold out 3/4 years though
All ok here - sickness still bad, esp late afternoon through to night time. Mornings, with the meds are ok though, and I'm able to get to work ok. At least I feel my worst at bedtime when I can actually collapse into bed, and not first thing in the morning!
Well, I have finally had a scan arranged by the EPU. It's for this Thursday, 10am, when I will be 8 weeks 1 day. I feel very nervous just thinbking about it, but must be philosophical. If there's a problem, better to find out asap and deal with it. Plus I will be in a hosp rather than a private scanning place, so will be able to discuss options. I must say if things aren't good I will be peed off in the extreme after suffering with this sickness!

Diege- sure all will be fine with sickness so bad! I have to wait till we've finished paying off our debts, learnt to drive, have at least a 3 bed house and have a bigger car before we can have another. And I was told that I'd be advised to give my body a rest for a good few years to minimise the risk of another premmy a bit more. I went 3some further this time than with dd2 so they think a rest may see me make full term again... Dint wanna put the kids thru me being so sick then a premmy so soon after the surrogacy.

Thanks CANT. What will be will be anyway, but yes for once I am pleased to be feeling sick! I totally get where you're coming from re: spacing out your next pregnancy. PLus you have age on your side which is always a good thing . Exciting to think you have it to look forward to anyway

Slept like a log last night! First time in ages! Feel really refreshed!

Got back on the wii fit yesterday and was 1st 2lb more than pre-preg weight... I know it was only 10th days after giving birth but decided to make a move on shifting it... Did some excersise on it and by this morning I've lost a lb already! Should be able to shift the excess weight in 2-3 weeks but then it'll give me about 6 weeks to loose another stone or more if I can. Cant wait to be slimmer!

Hello all, things not going very well here. On Sunday I had really bad tummy cramps, so bad I couldn't sleep. Monday morning I had thick brown Jelly. It started out constantly then just when I went to the toilet.

Went to GP who said that it wasn't good but wasnt' necessarily the end. He was very good actually and talked me through everything that could happen. have a scan booked for Friday (this will give it time to either happen or not). Discharge has stopped but still got really bad cramps so dont know what to think. Have had no blood yet so I am kind of hopeful.. Got to rest lots so dp is doing most of the house work after he finishes work.. not ideal but what can you do...

please can you all keep your fingers crossed for me on friday. I wont be on before then as my head is all over the place and want to try and keep my feet on the ground but i will check in as soon as we are home to let you know how it goes...

Really sorry you're going through this stress, worry and uncertainty. I wish I could do or say something to help but I will be thinking of you and have everything crossed.
I'm glad your GP took time with you to talk things through.
Is DP able to go with you for the scan?
Do continue to take it as easy as you can in the meantime and be assured of the support of the Wagon xx

Bump- hugs for you. As the doc rightly said it doesn't necessarily mean the end. I had cramps and a full day of bleeding with both my dd's. Keeping everything crossed for you. If you need us before Friday you know where we are. :)

Well I don't want to bring down the mood further but I started bleeding this morning . Not a lot, but similar to my mmc in colour etc. I have brought my scan at the EPU forward to tomorrow, and am monitoring every toilet visit like a mad woman. Fingers crossed for you BUMPS, though I would say anything brownish is necessarily bad news? I sadly really do know how you are feeling though if it is any consolation x
