Am I the first? I can't see another November thread.

Ok, my stats, I am 32, have 1 dd (2.1) and edd is 03/11/2011.

I had a mc at Christmas but feel ok about this pregnancy, though I only found out 3 days ago so I may get a bit more panicked as time passes.

Anyone else want to join me in a November baby thread?

Welcome!Grin

deemented i remember reading that the other day but can't remember where.

welcome littlewhitewolf congrats. theres a couple of us on here who mc's end of last year, so you're not alone in the worrying.

3rdTimeLucky2000 · 09/03/2011 16:12

hello LWW Exactly that! LOTS of women go on to have healthy babies after mc (fingers crosses i am too!) i was told by my doctor that almost half of pregnancies end in mc its just that it usually hapens before you even start to think your pregnant, so alot of women who have had babies have already had one before! (i hope that makes sense) xx

TerrysNo2 · 09/03/2011 16:17

Welcome LWW I certainly hope you are right about the MC thing!! There are a few of us on here who have had recent MC's (Dirge, ochaye that I can remember) so you are not alone in the stressing!

tallulahpolly something I discovered far too late in my last (successful!) pregnancy is that you can eat soft cheese if it is cooked. Fab way - bung a whole box of camembert in the oven with some honey and fresh thyme stuck in the middle. Once soft all the way through, dunk in french bread. Utter indulgent bliss!!! Grin

3rdTimeLucky2000 · 09/03/2011 16:19

cep · 09/03/2011 16:23

anyway, had a lovly and informative few hours with you all, thanks for the chat, talk tomorrow xx

cep · 09/03/2011 17:15

free yes i remember you saying you missed it now.
mine's not till 21st so a little while yet.

i meant to say earlier, ds hadn't had any nuts till we went to a 60th party and they'd put bowls of nuts on each table with a variety of peanuts and cashews. ds kept going and having some, everytime i stopped bhim from going to one table he'd go to another. now he wants peanut butter on his sandwiches for nursery, and keeps asking me to buy peanuts, we have a bag in the cupboard but i don't give them very often. but he loves them and cashew and pistachio nuts.

chipmonkey · 09/03/2011 18:03

Gah, I saw that cheese sandwich again. Should have known that was a bad idea.

I have reached the "fit for nothing but moaning about morning sickness" phase.

cep · 09/03/2011 18:09

chip oh you poor thing, as reassuring as it is it's also horrible at the same time. i've just had a chunky kitkat in thehopes of encouraging ds to eat his dinner. (the old no you can't have chocolate until you've eaten your dinner.) and am feeling a bit sick but not actually wanting to be sick if that makes sense.

freeangel · 09/03/2011 18:12

Oh dear, thats not good! Hope you feel better soon! I just ate a cheese roll as im rather hungry! Think i feel sick when i need to eat! I dont need an excuse to eat these days! :)

muzzy2011 · 09/03/2011 18:12

LittleWhiteWolf I am feeling exactly the same! I miscarried in January and got a BFP on Monday!! Am so excited but dread it every time I go to the loo incase its going to happen again!
I dont know how i will stand the waiting.....
Due on 16/11/11!

cep · 09/03/2011 18:14

welcome muzzy and congratulations, we'll all go insane together Smile

LittleWhiteWolf · 09/03/2011 18:28

Thanks everyone. I'm sorry to see so many of us have sadly had mcs, but I'm so happy that we're all pregnant now!

I veer between feeling really confident about this pg...until I go to the loo. We'll just have to wait and see, eh? And moan to each other about the anxiety of it all as we're all in the same boat!

Hils74 · 09/03/2011 18:50

Hello muzzy and LWW congratulations!

So I reached my 5 wk milestone today, no sign of bleeding so am going to make an app with the gp next week.

I am going to miss brie and runny eggs :)

Will have to find something else to replace them!

muzzy2011 · 09/03/2011 19:45

Thanks for the welcome. Weird, I feel more confident this time too but the anxiety does creep in every now and again. Had a bad feeling last time from the start....
November is going to be our month ladies I'm sure. Good luck everyone x

suziechan · 09/03/2011 19:46

hello everyone and congratulations!
I'm a bit new here...but just found out we're expecting on 3/11 (my birthday! husband will be pleased with the bumper birthday season) It's our first so if I'm honest, I'm utterly bamboozled by everything!
I am also already missing brie...and it's only been about 6 weeks!
Take care everyone

chipmonkey · 09/03/2011 19:56
