So many posts, it's news news news all the time at the moment isn't it!
angels yes I saw your msg re me and my blues yesterday, it made me a bit hormonal to know people were thinking about me [self-absorbed icon] - but seriously it's actually so lovely to know we're all here for each other, going through many of the same ups and downs. Oh and PS you're very brave with the maritals, I don't think I could have managed it! Hope it works. We went for a little walk the evening I went into labour so maybe that is what did the trick.
Tarlia your little one sounds exactly like mine, and I've been told to wake her every 3 hours too. MW came today and she's lost slightly more weight than they wanted so have got to be rigid about the 3 hours now, but it's so hard when you feel like they reeeeeally don't want it. I suppose it's a bit like when adults are trying to lose/gain weight though, you have to train your body to some extent, to expect and need the right amount at around the right time. Claudia is a sleepy feeder too so we spend lots of time mid feed trying to wake her up again! Feels a bit mean but it seems to be the only way. My milk has really come in now though (ouch!) so hopefully we are breaking the back of it and will get established soon.
Ledkr like Tarlia we do nappies in the night (and every feed, maybe mid-feed too), but just to wake her up properly. I will confess though to sometimes putting the same one back on [another terrible mother emoticon]. I feel like we get through lots of 'consumables' and we've only had her 3 days!
Congrats to expat , elle and anyone I have missed, it's even harder to keep up with news now I have a new tiny person in my life!
Lots of luck and fingers crossed to those waiting, just think in a few days, there will be literally nobody still waiting at all. One way or another all those babies will be out soon!
Take care ladies, this seems like an odd thing to say to a load of internet people, but lots of love to you all, it's a roller coaster time isn't it!
