This thread is getting so busy!! Due date 31 May, DD was 2 weeks late though so think this one may well be.

Sorry to see that many of you are feeling so sick, I've not felt sick (so far) but already have quite bad constipation and am on the lacutlose (euggh) and am eating constantly, I can't help myself. Mrsedgie, I was doing weight watchers and doing rather well and now I'm going full throttle the opposite way!

I am still breastfeeding, (one in the morning) but oh the pain of it at the moment, anybody else experiencing? I'd like Dd to wean herself but no idea if or when that might happen, any wisdom from anybody?!

I'm yet to face the dreaded sickness (assuming I do get it) so sending positive thoughts to those of you suffering with it at the moment. Definitely sore breasts right now which DH totally forgot about this morning and gave one a playful squeeze - ouch! Fortunately it arrived with a cup of tea so all was (just) forgiven!

Am joining the thread as had a BFP today :)
EDD June 19th.

Am a little nervous as I had a m/c at 9 weeks before I had DS(2yr 9mo) and had another at 5 weeks back in April. I am feeling quite positive as got a very strong line on the test today and only got a weak one before the 2nd m/c.

Going to wait until 12 week scan before telling family, though may tell my BF and DSIL :)

This was a planned pgcy and DH and I are pretty excited though.

Understand your nervousness entirely and fingers tightly crossed for all of us on this thread

mrshedgie your comment about your minging floor made me chuckle - the rest of us were fascniated by the tests and I for one didn't notice the floor a bit, but I bet if I'd posted it, I would have noticed it!

Fortunately, I'm at a weight which is normal for my height, so I was going to SW to lose a few pounds and feel a bit lighter (have been lighter in the past and have also been overweight at one time). My daughter really wanted to go, as she is a bit overweight, and being 15 she's getting bothered by it. I like SW because it's just healthy eating and we can eat loads on it. Still, I'd better watch I don't overdo it on rubbish.

So, I told the teenage SD's last night, but not the younger kids. If I tell them, they'll spill the beans faster than you can say ''What? You're having ANOTHER one?''.

mrshedgie - any advice on advising 2 x grown up SS's? well I say grown up - late teens and early twenties. Definitely won't say anything before the all clear (hopefully) scans but any advice would be much appreciated! this is mine and DH's first, but he has three DS from before. Thanks

Had a bfp last week and the news is just about sinking in. I already have 2 dc aged 10 and 6 and we have been trying for this third on and off for 5 years.

Firstly saw a gynecologist who put me on chlomid (which I had for both other pregnancies). Anyway this didn't work. Left it for a while then went to an IVF clinic earlier in the summer. So we started out first cycle in September but as there hadn't been enough follicles, they couldn't do an egg collection. So they told us to go home, have another try ourselves, then phone back when my period started so they tell me what dosage to inject for the next cycle.

Anyway, no period, just a bfp! I think it was the fear of having to pay all that money to the clinic that did it! So I have to go for a scan in 3 weeks which will put my mind at rest. And the baby will be due on 14th June - about 2 weeks before my 40th!

hi all, just added my due date woohoo!!
Welcome and congrats to all.
Saw the doc this morning which was quite nerve racking and not overly exciting but off to the midwife on Tuesday. Seemed quite soon to me but I'm not going to complain!
What week is everyone in as the Dr confused me a bit?
I think I am 6 weeks tomorrow but if there a few could update with their weeks just so I can be sure I'm not losing it.
Sorry for typos on the iPhone, work computer and mumsnet is not quite compatible just yet!

mell I'm 6+3 (6 weeks plus 3 days), due 29 May. There are apps on your iphone you can use to keep track. I've got one that I used with DS - has weekly progress pictures and you can even keep a note of names!

I've just read through this thread and it would be lovely to join you all!

I had a BFP a couple of days ago and EDD is 16 June.

This is number two for us. I have a beautiful boy of 18 months already. I'm totally in awe of those of you with handfuls of kids already!

I am hopelessly pessimistic at the beginning and this has been exacerbated by two good friends having MC at 9 weeks recently. I just need to keep my head down until that first scan!

Feeling a bit tired, twingey and very hungry, but otherwise fine. I escaped any MS first time round and I'm keeping my fingers crossed I luck out again.

Anyway, it will be lovely to follow your journeys!

Hello June crew! I'm 6 weeks pregnant with my first and the baby's due on June 1st. Most of the women in my family have told me that they had hardly any symptoms when pregnant but I've been hit with just about everything. My breasts are already bigger (was already 30FF and am now a bit bigger than G), and they're so sore I've had to resort to wearing a bikini top at times. I'm also nauseous and exhausted beyond belief. Even if I'd not taken a pregnancy test (I took 5 because I was so excited) I'd surely know I was pregnant by now!

Yarnie MCing is a real concern for me too at the moment and I'm sure everyone else also. It's very scary leaving something so precious in the lap of the gods.
When I get into trimester 2 there will be a huge weight lifted, all going well.

Welcome roughdraft. I'm glad I'm not the only one who's boobs seem to have grown. Mine feel enormous already. I also have incredibly um... pert nipples... as my hubby so gracefully puts it I look like I'm smuggling two acorns in my bra!

I've luckily landed an interview on Friday and had to make a dash out to town to buy something to wear for it as all my nice work clothes no longer fit me. I can't bear anything tight across my belly and, as I mentioned above, my boobs are HUGE!

The job is temporary for 7 months so it's actually pretty perfect as right around the time the project finishes my own little project will just about be ready to be born.

Hi everyone, can I join in? I got a faint bfp at 8DPO and they've been getting darker since. I'm 10DPO now. Bit worried about joining before my period is due because I had a chemical pregnancy last year, but I need to chat! :)

This will be our first and we're both very very excited! According to Fertility Friend, I'm due June 19th, though I get a wide range of dates if I enter it into any other online calculators. Guess I need to see the GP!

My first too, so all a bit scary.... I must google thjngs about 100 times a day.
My most recent one being a mild tugging in my low tummy. Apparently it's normal, anyone else getting it?
It's only slight and often when I move certain ways, getting off the couch etc.

misshoohaa I get that too. Like you it's infrequent and mainly when I get up from sitting down, or roll over in bed. I keep reading that it's normal to get stretching pains at this point so I'm not worried.

Hi every1 worked out my edd is 6th of june as 5 weeks tom! I'm so so bloated and boobs getting bigger by day put on shirt today and it popped I felt like crying must be hormones!!Told me ds today as couldn't keep it in :) x

Evening all. thought I would add my numbers to the list. according to the due date calendar I'm due 4 June.

I'm 5 weeks today and have been eating cake to celebrate . Not feeling too bad, a bit achy and tired, and my breasts are killing me. I can absolutly sympathise gillzz. Mine are getting bigger by the day, I'm not sure how people at work are going to avoid noticing, I was hardly small to start with.
I have also discovered that I can't drink any alchohol at all, I had half a glass of wine the other day and pretty much past out on the spot. So at least that bit of giving up won't be too hard.
