Dd3 Beatrice (Bea) born yesterday night at 10.15pm, she is divine but TINY (6lb 8oz Shock).

The birth was completely amazing, in the pool, at home with dh and my best friend in attendance as well as three of the most lovely midwives. Bea didn't cry at all, she slithered into the water, I lifted her up, she looked at me and nuzzled onto my chest and went back to sleep Smile.

Will post details later.

Feeling tired but very happy and relaxed with a tiny graze and AGONISING after pains. Bea is already feeding very well.

lionhearted · 29/04/2006 12:10

Fantastic, congratulations!

Enid · 29/04/2006 13:46

wow

very Grin at all these lovely posts

Beatrice Polly is the weeniest teeniest baby I have ever seen and dh remains petrified. She is a good feeder though so hopefully will grow quickly - all her clothes are MASSIVE so far. She has gone a bit yellow but seems to be a good feeder (night only though Angry) and spends lots of time awake and blinking lazily at everyone and gently waving her very long and lovely fingers Smile. She has become great mates with dd1 who she will happily stare at for ages.
