Yes everlong - its the silver lining I'm holding onto! Lol!

See I know I can do this, I managed working full time with awful morning all day sickness with Belle (and somehow managing not to take a sick day for it), so I know I can survive part time and the sickness with this one. Although the added upset tummy is new, I'm putting it down to the asprin I'm on this time. Even though it goes on for weeks, you just don't get used to feeling so rubbish do you. All I want to do is sleep!

Lots of love to you Edgar

shabbapinkfrog · 30/03/2011 07:11

I had the awful 'all day' sickness with all four of mine!!

Thinking of you Edgar. xxx

Sorry to hear you're feeling sick Caz, but as I'm sure EVERYONE has told you, feeling sick is a good sign - not much consolation when all you want to do it climb into bed though is it?

I find peppermint tea is great for settling my stomach, also if you find strong smells too much, a whiff of peppermint essential oil is great.

peterpansmum · 30/03/2011 18:25

Edgar you and your family have been in my thoughts today xxxx

Caz sorry to hear about the sickness, it's miserable. Try and take it easy wherever you can. How was the wedding?

Shabs, how's Lew?

I am coming up to both 6 months since losing Bobbie and 20 weeks with this baby. Given we found out we'd lost her at the 20 week scan, I am shall we say, tense!

I'm not surprised you feel like that spilt. Have hope, always try to be positive and have hope, otherwise you days can feel like you're moving through a bucket of treacle.

I was having flashbacks last night just before I fell asleep. I haven't had such vivid and prolonged ones for sometime, I forgot how bloody awful they are. I was rubbing my forehead hoping that would help them go away. Strangely enough I slept really well last night, but I feel kinackered this morning - I also think I'm getting a bloody cold, nooooooooooooo.

travellingwilbury · 31/03/2011 12:18

Spilt how you doing this morning ? Those milestones are so hard to get through . When is your next scan ?

Ilike the flashbacks are awful aren't they ? You can't have much longer to go now ? I hope you manage to get some rest today xx

spilttheteaagain · 31/03/2011 18:58

Thanks both. Next scan is on Monday. It really feels like we are just holding our breath until then, as we have no idea what it will throw at us (there are a few concerns so I'm being scanned by the fetal medicine specialist chap). And then Thursday will be 6 months to the day since the last 20 week scan (I am so glad they didn't schedule it for then!) and the Saturday will be her 6 month birthday.

I suppose I'm feeling quite reflective at the moment. I keep thinking "this time x months ago..." I came across some photos of from a year ago and thought how different life was then. Just ttc for the first time all hopeful and excited. What a difference a year makes.

Ilike I hope the cold comes to nothing and you get a more peacful night tonight x

Morning folks xx well I've made it through march in one piece and whilst I know from that long list that April bring the same sadness for some of you that march brings me. My work with the scdt is going well and although I've got another very tough work month ahead it doesn't sit alongside a lot of dates. I have written an article for the trust newsletter all about my experience of counselling (my memory is crap at the moment so I've no idea if I have already posted it here??!!) ...
How is everyone else doing this morning? Xx

shabbapinkfrog · 01/04/2011 08:47

Well done PPM. All OK at Shabba Towers Grin
