The being pregnant again thing is so hard and so brilliant all at the same time . It just makes them feel better to tell you that all will be ok this time . It used to really piss me off .

The guilt of being excited and then the guilt to this new one that it isn't part of the lovely and hopeful pregnancy you had the last time . It is tough .

I have been a bit "floored" reading about Edgars ds in ways I can't even really put my finger on .

How is everyone else doing ?

I feel the same about Edgars little lad. Cant get it out of my head at all. I started to read the thread when the little boy was poorly, I think because Lew had an ear infection at the same time. It has really 'un-nerved' me - IYKWIM?

I do know what you mean , I commented on the thread early on and was scared for them but I just figured that is because I am who I am now but it is just so shocking . I do hope it helps them even just a tiny bit to know that so many people have got them in their thoughts . I also think the blanket is such a lovely idea .

Glad you day has been brightened PPM, isn't it strange that it's often strangers who are able to do this rather than our nearest and dearest?

Sorry to hear about your wedding dilemma's Caz. I also think having an escape plan is a good idea. Most people won't even notice if you slip away and at the end of the day you have to look after your emotional wellbeing.

I keep thinking about Edgar, her ds and her family too. So tragic. I hope they are all able to support each other through this, it's so tough.

I've just seen the blankets thread too and I've put my name down for cotton squares as I can't knit and my sewing skills are basic to say the least. What a wonderful idea, knowing all of the love and thoughts that have gone into them will be a lovely comfort. MN is brilliant sometimes isn't it? It's things like that that make me stay rather than run for the hills when trolls come along and do their damage.

Me too Ilike , I can't knit or sew so I have copped out and will donate cash instead It is such a lovely idea .

Hello all x How we all doing this evening ?

Feeling a bit wobbly but not entirely sure why

TW I have felt like that for a few days. Not sure why either. I've got that horrible feeling of dread. Think my blood pressure must be higher than it should be - I go a bit weird when its high - mind you I am always a bit weird!!

I am having a wine , that will fix everything I am sure .

It is a bloody horrible feeling , I am used to having weird moments but normally there is a reason .

In the back yard - am throwing out our old hamster cage and it was by the side of the bin.

Lew: Andma, ANDMA!!! Where de wittle mouse gone (it was a massive hamster)....ANDDDDDDDMA where little mouse called Cena gone.

Me: Do you not remember it died a few months ago Lew.

Lew: Awwwww wittle mouse called Cena died....whats died Andma?

Me: Died? Well its just died. Gone to live in heaven.

Lew: Awwwww wittle mouse called Cena gone to wive in Heaven..... Awww wittle mouse called Cena gone to wive in Heaven with Uncle Matty?

Me: Mmmmm thats right.

Morning all, found heaven yet Shabs?!

How are you doing this morning TW?

Edgar losing her ds has left me with a feeling of unease (not quite the right word, but I can't think of a better one). Not because I am uneasy about the situation, but because it brings home that somewhere that poor family are having to go through what I (and we) went through. It brings back awful memories for me, but I also feel useless not being able to help her and her family to keep on going through this nightmare time. I'm wittering now, but I think you probably know what I mean .......

Oh moveit I know exactly what you mean. I keep wanting her to come here and scream the place down...to rant, swear and cry. Uneasy is the perfect word...as is weird....and afraid....and nervous. Edgar if you are reading but not posting that is just fine but I wanted you to know that I have walked the path you are starting to walk (as have all my friends on this thread) and I (and all of us) are here to give you a helping hand whenever you need us. xxxx
