When you were a child/teen what did you want to call your future children?

I know that not everyone thought about this when they were a child but if you did what names did you love then, and did you use them?

Eden Constance (no reason)
Daniel Louis (Interview with a vampire)

I Have an Eden (DD2) and my DD1's middle name is Constance. My Ds isn't a Daniel or a Louis though!

I used to have a page in the back of my diary when I was about 13/14 with lists of my favourite names for my future children

My taste in names was truly awful Storm, Raven, Tempest & Bliss for girls, can't actually remember any of my choices for boys.

When I was much younger my favourite girls name was Sandy, thats what my doll was named.

When I was eight I wanted the new baby to be called either Princess Snowflake or Jethro. Fortunately no one listened to me! I still kind of like Jethro... especially after NCIS

I was obsessed with Samantha. Or Charlotte, but mainly Samantha - I just called my dolls that instead!

As a teen, I loved Aaron for a boy and Selina for a girl... infact I wanted to be called Selina...

Didn't use either.

I wanted a boy to be called Bobby - (aka Bobby Ewing)

India, Daryl (that Mallory Towers thing again), Beth (oops little women), and Skye. For a boy, it was always going to be Noah. Got three girls, and finally used Skye as a middle name for DD3. No boys, but maybe the next cat....

I didn't use that name when I had DD

when I was about 7 I got a rabbit and called it Jacqueline. I loved that name and was convinced that when I had children my daughter would be called JAcqueline. Lord knows what i was thinking.

I didnt use it.

Bliss and Fallon for girls, Miles for a boy (was a big Dynasty/Colbys fan)

I was planning on having 4 children: Bethany, Jacob & Zachary (twins) and Eleanor (aka Ella).

I now have two DDs and haven't used any of those names although DD1 was very nearly Bethany. Eleanor was problematic because my DH doesn't like Ella as a nn and the boys' names sound awful with our surname.

SE13 - I have a Bethany and our boy's name choice was Jacob!

I remember thinking that Chelsea was such a cool name when I was younger!!! And Bailey for a boy

I can't remember naming future children when I was a child. When I was in my teens and had met dh the names Jamie for a boy and Ellie for a girl were bandied around.

In the end we had two girls and neither of them are Ellie.

Bowie and Christabel.

Thank God I waited!

Shannon, James and Sarah in that order i would love to use Sarah but dh vetoed

Since I was 6 I planned to call a dd Katherine.

Dd1 is Katherine (now, at her own request, known as Kathy).

I'm very glad I did it!

Tuesday, yes really. Amber and Chloe (before Home & Away made it so popular).

In my teens it was Lucy but again that became really popular and one of my friends used it first.

Never really thought of boys names.

didn't really think about it tbh. has just been something I have had to do as an adult choosing names when actually pg.

I wanted a girl called Amelia Star Faith and a boy called Phoenix Indianna. I have used none of these names.

When I was 18 I was in love with indie band Marion. I was certain that I would have a boy when I was older and call him Marion. I thought I would love them forever
