I had a good list of names. But sadly dp has narrowed it right down to 2.
whilst I quite rather like them, i am not sure either of them is THE name.

so hit me with them, anything you can think of. but it must be cool.

If I have a boy I'm going to call him Skyler just so that you feel you've succeeded Umlellala. It is a good name.

I like

Ivo
Inigo
Indiana/Indy
Edgar

RockinSockBunnies · 30/04/2009 23:35

How about Mungo? For some reason my mother kept pressing the name upon me whilst I was pregant...I had a DD though so she's hoping for a DS next time!

UpSinceCrapOClock · 01/05/2009 07:11

Variation on Nico - how about Nikolai?

pramspotter · 01/05/2009 09:29

Thorne.

I went to school with one and he was very cool and popular.

saintmaybe · 01/05/2009 09:44

Luther, I'd have Luther if we had another ds.

Like Martin Luther King, and Luther Vandross

mulranno · 01/05/2009 09:59

Geno

My favourites on this thread are

Prosper
Clement
Ira

All of which I would have loved to use! DH v. much against poncey names.

To me Nico is a girl's name.

I had a friend called Richard who asked to be called Richey. We larfed I'm afraid. Being a miserable rockstar is not cool. I have to disagree with Bill Hicks on that score, I want my rockstars OLD!

mummydoc · 01/05/2009 11:06

caspar / caspian
ptolomey

would have used if ever had a boy

mummydoc · 01/05/2009 11:07

thirtysomething · 01/05/2009 11:10

Xavier
Clement
Saul

Theophile
Pierre
Antoine - my absolute fave ofall time

DS2 has a friend called Jude which always seems like a solid but cool kind of name. Suits every occasion. DS1 has a friend called Julius (Jules).

SoupDragon · 01/05/2009 11:16

One of DS1's friends has a baby brother called Arlo but I can't help thinking Harlow when I hear it.

Seth?

thisisyesterday · 01/05/2009 11:17

do like Jude and Seth, but know one of each already.

Zed

I love it for my future imaginary boy. (although I suspect it may not be unusual enough for this thread?) Haven't read all the responces so forgive me if I've repeated someone.

SoupDragon · 01/05/2009 11:21

Jared who could be Jed or Red.
Morgan (although stolen by girls now)
I toyed with Rohan for DS2.
