I had a good list of names. But sadly dp has narrowed it right down to 2.
whilst I quite rather like them, i am not sure either of them is THE name.

so hit me with them, anything you can think of. but it must be cool.

Hugo? Rufus? Hercules? I agree that Diccon isn't a brill name. They would call him Stuck My

LackaDAISYcal · 29/04/2009 23:35

Anton.....nooooooo people will assume he is named after Anton DuBeck given the popularity of Strictly!

Seth?

thisisyesterday · 29/04/2009 23:35

pooter we had Esteban on our list for dd.... was about the only boys name we had!

pooter · 30/04/2009 02:09

ooh really? i stumbled across it yesterday and it just clicked - my bro's name is Stephen, which i don't really like, but i love the name Esteban, and it would be a little tilt of the hat in his direction not that i have anyone to name in the near future...

EachPeachPearMum · 30/04/2009 02:15

Etienne is cool too

pooter · 30/04/2009 02:17

ooh, i like

nooka · 30/04/2009 02:33

We were going to call ds2 Ezra (turned out to be dd instead). I still think it is a fab name, although again quite Biblical in a Chapel sort of way. We also really liked Richard (Ritchie)

How about Barnabus, Marius, Darius, Tobit, Caspar, Titus, Sebastia, Edmond, Edwin, Lance, Tybalt?

hellish · 30/04/2009 02:42

Is Asa pronounced Asher? I knew a very very cool Asa once.

mamadiva · 30/04/2009 02:49

I found that I just did'nt have the name until DS was born and I met him for the first time, I knew within seconds though...
