Iv already got a Leah and a Rylee, both lil girls and im due to have lil girl number 3 in June, kinda getting stuck on names 3rd time round. I like

Bayli, Bali
Grace
Kaitleyn, Caitlen

What do you think?? Bayli is my favorite but im not sure if its 2 unusual for a girl!!! x

Sasha is a lovely name, and not very common these days.
I know a number of Mayas.

Have you considered Myla? It's still pretty uncommon but might go well with your other girls' names.

traceybath · 22/03/2009 20:38

Phoebe or Hebe are both very pretty names.

cradleyheath65111NOW · 22/03/2009 20:38

Sasha is the best one of the above - not sure whether Jade would be more or less popular now given the circumstances

hobbgoblin · 22/03/2009 20:43

They all suit you I think.

WorzselMummage · 22/03/2009 20:47

cradley heath...

weird name !

3lilgirlsxxx · 22/03/2009 20:51

What about Brooke?

OP posts:
3lilgirlsxxx · 22/03/2009 20:56

N what do you mean they all suit me??

OP posts:
kittywise · 22/03/2009 20:57

They are all yuck apart from grace, which is a bit boring

hobbgoblin · 22/03/2009 21:04

Well, your posting style is to bend the rules orthographically speaking, so to do the same with names fits.

3lilgirlsxxx · 22/03/2009 21:06

What do you suggest then??
At the moment i like either Brooke or Georgia but im sure itl change a hundred times before she arrives.

Caitlen and Bailey (i would spell it this way but up to you ) are lovely, really like lacey.

grace is a bit too popular at the moment imo stil nice though

Does the way that one writes usually determine the types of names they choose for their child?

OP posts:
SmuttyNuttyTaff · 22/03/2009 21:17

oops sorry for double post

what about Brookleigh?

diedandgonetodevon · 22/03/2009 21:18

Whatever you do choose, please spell it properly.

As for the names you suggested, well I guess they go with the names you have given your other children

(you did ask for honest opinions after all)

3lilgirlsxxx · 22/03/2009 21:25

There are lots of different ways to spell names. There is no rule to say you have to give your children boring common names.
I didnt realise i asked people to be so negative, you can give your opinion without insulting people.

diedandgonetodevon · 22/03/2009 21:31

There are but some verge on the ridiculous.
No need to chose boring names but you are certainly scoring points on the 'common' part.

Just bear in mind your child will be stuck with their name for life so it does well to choose wisely.

onadietcokebreak · 22/03/2009 21:32

A name spelt differently means a lifetime of correcting people and frustration...believe me I know!

DSM · 22/03/2009 21:34

There are no rules, true.. but do you really want to have a name that people don't recognise, and ALWAYS have it spelled incorrectly, and have to constantly tell people that is is wrong?

That is what your child will have. Its really annoying.

beanieb · 22/03/2009 21:34

I am not a big fan of names with extra letters in them. Caitlin is a lovely name but Caitlen is a strange spelling to have imo.

FairLadyRantALot · 22/03/2009 21:39

how about Laney....I think that is a gorgous name and prefer it over Lacey...jokes such as Lacey Knickers and stuff spoil that name....

Grace is a lovely name!

Other names:
Scarlett
Imogen
Selina
Darcey
Olivia
Orla
Esme

kidcreoleandthecoconuts · 22/03/2009 21:41

diedandgonetodevon....I wouldnt class Leah as a 'common' name.

diedandgonetodevon · 22/03/2009 21:42

No, not Leah I admit

marymungoandmidge · 22/03/2009 21:49

Think Caitlin is great...Grace too popular at the moment...Bailey is my nephews name so having problems considering it as a girls name. Never really liked it as such..Go for what you want...!

FairLadyRantALot · 22/03/2009 21:52

Brook would sound good with your other children's names....I think
