Oliver because I hate the nn Ollie. Madeleine as my partner didn’t like it.

I wanted Gabrielle for a girl ir Gabriel for a boy, DH vetoed, but I got to veto Gascoigne as a middle name!

The only one DH vetoed was Caitlin as he associated it with Kaitlin Jenner. We just liked another name.

My favourite boys name is George but I would have been a bit hesitant to use it due to the royal connection

Thomas - didn’t sit quite right with our surname although Tom does.

Natalie - husband vetoed as thought she would be called Nat the Rat in school!!

Still love both of these names although somewhat dated now I suppose.

Girls I love Victoria but I can't stand any of the shortenings of it so I wouldn't choose it
We did actually chose a girls name but had a DS, that DS was nameless for 2 weeks

Barnaby - didn't work with surname

We had boys so didn't get to use

I really liked Katy, Annie, Stella or Sally… but DH didn’t really like 3 of those so we have a Katy… which I love.
