Late to the party to suggest you keep with the 12 tribes of Israel theme. My favourite is Zebulun.

Samuel to round out the biblical theme (not that they are overtly biblical so that needn't put you off if it's not your thing!).

They're all good names but I would choose Alexander.

If you don’t like the shortening, don’t use the name. You absolutely can’t control what other people call your children. I’d go for Henry of those three-although you might get Harry! Incidentally, obviously it doesn’t matter, but I might assume that Jacob, Benjamin and Samuel were a Jewish family.
