Leah is quite classic - so if you definitely want another L name I’d go for something similar for her sister. None of your names so far match that imo and most are difficult to spell. I’d suggest:

I prefer Lydia if being used with Leah because the different number of syllables gives a bit of variety.

I beg you not to use Lana. A young relative has been hideously teased/bullied at school due to her name. Kids will latch onto anything, but giving them a name that spells anal backwards is just asking for some little scrote to pick on an easy target.
