I agree with this. Leah and Lena/Lisa/Lyra sound so similar it would be annoying for them and people will get them mixed up as, particularly if they're close in age. I think a different number of syllables would be helpful.

Also consider if its practical having siblings of the same sex with the same initials. Particularly in terms of practical things like receiving post and the wrong person opening it. I also came across sisters who were doctors who had the same initial so were both Dr A Smith or whatever and worked at the same hospital and it was an unbelievable nightmare.
