A name for Diego’s sister

DS is called Diego. DH is from a Spanish speaking country and as we live in the UK it was important for us to have a name that was obviously Spanish but still worked well in the UK. We’re expecting a little girl now and are really stumped on names. We’d like something that meets the same criteria we had for DS’s name. Ideally names that are pronounced the same in English and Spanish. Any ideas?

Julieta is lovely in English but I'm less keen on the Spanish pronunciation.
Love Natalia.
Camila and Sofia are nice too.

Wow so many responses, thank you!.
I like Julietta, Maria, and Louisa but prefer Luisa spelling.

With Julietta you may get different pronounciatiins in Spanish and English given “J”?

how about Clara?

I've always loved Magdalena (though that might be a bit old fashioned now? Not sure). Elena is pretty too.

Magdalena is so beautiful!

Hmm, not pretty if you work in a medical field and know what balanitis is 😬

Isn’t it a swollen penis end that gets infected, swollen and strangled in the foreskin ? From the Latin word for barnacle ( only going from memory here)
Either way - not nice.

Have a look at the Spanish women's footy side, there might be some nice names there.
