Naming a baby after an “Anne” but with a variation of Anne

we have a long long line of Annes in our family which it would be nice to keep going but with a bit of an update. Trying to think of names derived from Anne that aren’t quite as dated as Anne. So far I have the following which I would welcome views on but also I would welcome other ideas.

Annie
Anna (already used in the most recent generation as an update so can’t immediately be used again)
Anya
Annabelle
Nina (Russian diminutive of Anne - love this but is it too removed from Anne?)

Anne is a great name, classic, strong and unfussy. Nice change from all the Ava/Evie type names so prevalent just now.

Nancy is from Anne
Annie is lovely
Annis or Anwen could be an option also?

You could use the middle name Anne, and choose a first name you love?

How about something like Marianne, Susannah, or Christiana, where it’s wrapped into the name?

Nina feels too far removed from Anne for me, and Behind the Name - which is usually reliable for name etymologies doesn’t list Anne as a related name to Nina (the Russian diminutive for Anna is Anya/ Annushka). I love Anya and also Annalise.

I love a classic name so would just go for Anne but Annie is a nice alterative. Anna too.

Áine is pronounced awwn-ya. The little mark above the a makes the vowel longer

Anita. - little Anne.

I actually think Anne is the nicest of the names mentioned above (possibly using Annie as a pet name when young).

Otherwise, I think Annabel is nice, as is Anna (although I get you can't use this).

Áine, if that’s that you meant, is pronounced AWN-yuh.

(I’d pronounce it Awn-ya too, but Donegal and NI Irish speakers tend to flatten the fada.)
