Would you consider these boys or girls names

We are currently set on the name Arlo for our baby boy due next month however I also love the names Sonny and Marley. Would you consider these boys names or girls names. I have personally only met one boy Sonny and no Marley's 🧐

I have met several boys called sonny but no girls. and I have met Marleys of both genders, although more girls.

Boys

Never met a Marley so my only association is the dog from Marley and Me.

Only met Male Sonnys.

I know a boy Sonny and a girl Marley, so for that reason Marley just sounds more girly to me.

I like Arlo the best. The other two feel a bit gimmicky to me, like can you imagine a serious adult introducing themselves as Sonny or Marley?

All boys names, I've never met or heard of a girl named any of them. I quite like Arlo and Sonny but really dislike Marley.

I consider Sonny to be a male name, but I know it can be a female name, too. There is the American TV show, "Sonny with a Chance", which is about a girl, but apparently Sonny is a nickname for Allison in that case.

I don't know about Marley. If I met a woman with that name, I would guess it was a nickname for something, perhaps Marlene.

Sonny is definitely for boys - as it evolved from "Son" (at least I assume).I don't understand giving a boy that as his actual name. It's like calling a child "Junior" (which I know Peter Andre/Katie Price did but....yeah 🙄).
Sunny could be for either boy or girl - but only if you're a hippy.
Marley could be either. Personally I don't like it that much.
Arlo is adorable. Although admittedly I think that because I know one and he is adorable.

All male names. I’ve taught a male Sonny and Marley but not come across an Arlo yet.

I've only met girls called Marley or Marlie.

Sonny is definitely a boy's name and more of a pet name that someone of an older generation might use when comforting a little boy 'come on now sonny, no need to cry.'

It's also used as a given nickname for a boy who has the same first name as his dad, to distinguish between the two. So my dad had an Uncle David and a cousin Sonny, who was actually also called David but always went by Sonny. So I would never give it as an official first name.

Arlo is definitely our favourite and atm is the name we are going for. Sonny I I like as a nickname so if we did chose that we would find a first name that could have Sonny as nickname for example Harrison, Hudson etc.

Marley I think sounds sweet but I'm unsure if it's a bit more feminine.

I'm unsure why I keep looking elsewhere for names because I do really love Arlo

Marley has the 'leigh' type ending usually used for girls.

I know a Sonny and a Marley.
One is a springer spaniel, the other a golden Labrador.

I would consider them dogs names. Especially Arlo.
