Leila Clementine or Cassia Betsy?

We've narrowed down our name choices to the following. Would really appreciate if you could say which you like best? Or point out any howlers about either I've not noticed Blush

Leila Clementine
Cassia Betsy

Baby is due very shortly and is a girl. DH and I are agreed on each of the name's spelling (Layla v Leila took about 2 months!) and the order of first and middle names is because he doesn't care what she has for a middle name but doesn't like either Betsy or Clementine for a first name.

Brother is Leo.

Thanks!

How do you pronounce Cassia? Latin (with an s) or with a sh sound?

Cassia Clementine is nice imo! I like it! Cassia Betsy would be my second choice.

They're all awful!

Just to say I have a Leila pronounced as you want and I have never had any issues with pronunciation. I’m not sure what people are on about. Leila is the original Arabic spelling and Layla is the anglicised version. Bit like Niamh and Neve I guess

I have a Leo and I would not name Leila; too similar.

Is Cassia pronounced Ca-see-a? Cash-ya? Something else?

Don’t have a Leila with a Leo. And cassia is bad enough without the Betsy. All very try hard but doesn’t work.

Cassia Clementine
Cassia Elizabeth

I don't like abbreviated names as middle names.

I don't think Leila and Leo is a good combination.

Cassia is absolutely lovely so go for that - although Cassia Betsy is quite weird. Cassia Elizabeth? Or Cassia Clementine is ok.

Leila - it just blurs with all the Lola Leah Lara Luna Lena Lila names, of which there are millions

Cassia makes me think of a cooking ingredient. Cassie is better. Leila is nice too!

Oh, this is a hard one for me. The only one I really whole-heartedly like is Clementine. I think I like Cassia better than either Leila or Betsy, but I don't like the alliteration of Cassia Clementine. I think I like Leila Clementine better out of the two suggested combinations (and I prefer it pronounced Layla to any other way).
