Elias and Yousef are my favourite thought, especially Yousef.

I like Yousef, Elias and Ziad best. Elias probably my favourite. Personally I’m not keen on Ahmed or Ali at all. Omar and Zaid both okay.

Prefer Ilias to Elias.
You won't always get the El-yas pronunciation, he'll be El-EYE-as.
Ziad will get mixed up with Zaid
Zaid will get called Zade.

Ali was ruled out because it's used often as a nickname @caringcarer

Zaid, Elias and Yousef were on our shortlist for a boy. All of them are great names, I don't think you'll go wrong with any of them.

Love Elias and Ziad. Haris is my current fave (I teach a lot of Muslim students)
