Expecting another little one later this year. Not finding out the gender but we are thinking Noor for a girl. We are Muslim and we love the meaning in Arabic. Opinions please

It's gorgeous, simple to spell, easy to read and has a lovely sound. I've taught several girls with this name over the years and all of them have been spirited, kind and articulate so that might be colouring my viewpoint. I'm sure your daughter will be the same.

The most famous "Noor" I can think of is Queen Noor of Jordan. She is a philanthropist.
