My default is "ever lin" or "Ev a lin"... I can't really hear a difference (south London).

Probably Ev-Lyn but I’ve also heard it pronounced Ever-Lyn and Eve-Lyn before. My DD has a name that can be pronounced a few different ways and I find once you tell people how you say it then they tend to remember!
