As someone with a rhotic accent the 'rs' are upsetting my brain! I would say ta (like 'ta for the cuppa) lee a. Honestly, even knowing that non-rhotic speakers put 'r's in when trying to signify a long vowel, I still don't 'hear' the differences in those pronunciations. They both have long vowels.

It's not Tar-lia. Its Tah-lia.
