We were curious to know what nicknames anyone had for the name Evie, yes I already know this is a short name that doesn't need to be any shorter but still interested to know :)

Friends daughter gets called Ev for a nn, personally love Evie but not Ev.

Isn't Evie already a nickname for Evelyn?

But I agree with others, Evie is almost s nickname itself.

I have an Evie and she has loads of nicknames but none that are shorter or a derivative of her actual name. It is already technically a nickname although she is Evie on her birth certificate.

It's so short I'd probably lengthen it for a nickname.

My daughter is called Annabel, which is almost always shortened to Bel, which is affectionately lengthened to Belvedere, Belarus, Belford. Poor child.

Eve probably. Eves will be Evies and Evies will be Eves!

That's the thing with nicknames, they are so unpredictable. My daughter Felicity was nicknamed Solicitor by a group of friends when tiny because - well, just because it sounds similar and they thought it was a flipping marvellous joke!
I may have outed myself here but meh.

Evie is a nickname. I don't think you can make it any shorter unless you go with Eve.

But then i know a Felice who's friends called her Felicity so
