Flora-belle/ Florabelle

What's everyone's thought on the name Flora-belle or Florabelle?

It’s a bit frilly for my taste.

I'm sorry but it's awful without the hyphen and even worse with.

It sounds like an Aldi or Lidl own brand too.

I've heard of rosabella as a name before so dont see why you couldn't use florabelle. I wouldn't put a hyphen in though.

Way too frilly. The hyphen takes away from the elegant simplicity of Flora.

It's a nickname. You could have a baby Flora and call her Florabelle as a family name.

It reminds me of Fluoride or I agree perhaps an air freshener. I know not helpful as not the same but I too love Flora though

It does sound a bit of a mash up (probably because Flora and Belle are so well known on their own) so it's not my taste.

But you might like traditional Christabel or Mirabel instead, if the usual Isabel and Annabel are too popular?

Belle - fine
Flora-Belle - bloody awful
Florabelle - awful
Flora Belle surname - just bearable

Sorry but it makes me think of a girl like violet Elizabeth bott. All ringlets, squeaky voice and unbelievably irritating. Flora alone is nice.
