Esmae or Savannah?

Which do you prefer?

Esme

Esme, spelt like that.

Spell it Esmé if you want it pronounced like that

Esmae but prefer the Esme spelling

Savannah. Esme is very overdone (in my opinion).

Savannah because I dislike Esme pronounced Ez-may or quirky spellings

Hmm I think I prefer Esme if spelt like that and pronounced "ez-mee".

If spelling it Esmae and pronouncing it as "ez-may" then I prefer Savannah.

Esme spelt like that. I have one and it’s been fine, no confusion over pronunciation.

That said if you’re certain you want to spell it Esmae then I prefer Savannah as no one will ever spell Esmae how you’d like

Esme is nice - Esmae will be constantly misspelt as pp suggest. Savannah is not my taste (prefer similar sounding Susannah).

Definitely Esme, not Esmae or Esmay or Esmaye. Not even Esmé, because no-one seems ever to pronounce them correctly.

Savannah is tolerable, though not a favourite.

Esmae looks wrong, sorry.

If you want a fancy spelling, Esmée is an option.

Savannah sounds like a geography topic to me.
