Short fat baby name...

Please help (lighthearted) 31 weeks with a boy. We had chosen Solomon but at a recent growth scan we have learned that baby is both short and fat. (AC over 97th and femur length 10th)

Solomon (would be Sol day to day) sounds like he should look like Jason Momoa but I now picture him in my head looking like Matt Lucas. Please help me find a suitable name.

DP is wholly set on Solomon though 😩.

Siblings are Kitty, Noah, Esme, Lulu

Other names I like are Gabriel, Sebastian, Jude

I think Soloman would be perfectly acceptable on a baby of any size/stature! To me is it "a lot of name" next to your other kids' however. How do you feel about Saul? A favourite of mine and I love it with your others. I also love Jude.

Theo is a good name for a solid boy!

Solomon is a great name as is Sebastian but I have a Sebastian so slightly biased

@elfran you are right about it being 'a lot of name' and I feel like Sol is going to get confused for Saul along the way anyway... I feel like Jude fits well with sibling names too...

Although I love Solomon and my scans were SO inaccurate I wouldn’t believe he is a total dumpling until he’s out😂

@ancientgran I would call him Matt, but we already have a Matthew in the family 😂

I like Solomon!

Just as a side note, my baby's femurs measured right down on smallest end on the scans but when she popped out, she was a very long baby with long legs so I would say the scans aren't always that accurate.

Solomon would be PERFECT for a cute chubby baby who also, remember, is going to grow up into an adult and you have no idea what size he will be then.
