Conrad is fine, I quite like it.

I can't stand Wilfred myself, but I know it's popular.

Really not keen on Wilfred, so I'd go with Conrad out of the two.

Just personal taste though, nothing wrong with it per se, and it fits into the fashion for names that were given to people 100 - 120 years ago so I imagine it will probably be quite popular over the next few years.

Conrad. The name Wilfred doesn't pack enough punches in my opinion (though I personally wouldn't choose either).

I think Wilfred is awful, unless perhaps he will be headed for Eton. It sounds poncey and wet to me.

Another Conrad here - Wilfred just doesn't sound right to me for some reason. However both names seem to have very old Saxon or Germanic origins.

I really don’t like Conrad, it sounds harsh and like an inflexible person. Wilfred is a lovely name, I much prefer it.

Conrad makes me think of Conrad Black, so it would have to be Wilfred
