Which name do you prefer for a girl?

Hi,

We are currently struggling to agree on a name for our baby girl who is due in 9 weeks.

We know we want a rare name as our son already has this and do seem to prefer 2 syllable names.

Between both our lists these are the names we have so far:

Marcie
Orla
Minnie
Nelly

Be great to get your opinions on these or also your ideas too as the only one we currently kind of agree on is Marcie.

I don’t think any of them are rare. I heard a Dulcie and Oriel (SP?) today, I would consider them quite rare. I do like names beginning with O tho
