I think one syllable middle names work best here

plutoo · 21/07/2020 18:19

Clementine Rose Smile

KellyMarieTunstall2 · 21/07/2020 18:23

Rose or Grace

Mumoftwoyoungkids · 21/07/2020 18:27

I really like Grace - as a name, as a middle name and with Clementine. Grin

Fishfingersandwichplease · 21/07/2020 18:29

I agree, a short one- Grace sounds lovely with Clementine

17caterpillars1mouse · 21/07/2020 18:35

I love Clementine Olivia

Rose and Grace are very meh to me in the middle name spot as they are so unorginial.

RedRumTheHorse · 21/07/2020 18:38

What is the initial of the last name? As you may only want Clementine Hope, Clementine Rose or Clementine Grace so you don't spell anything such as COB, COD, COG, COS, CAB, CAD, etc.

Stargazer87 · 21/07/2020 18:40

The last name initial is M...

@17caterpillars1mouse I agree about Rose and Grace being a bit meh and overused...

I love Clementine Olivia too but then the general consensus seems to be to go for a short name...🤷🏻‍♀️

Rose

MojoJojo71 · 21/07/2020 19:54

Clementine Hope. I think one syllable works best but Rose and Grace are too popular

I also like Clementine Joy

Sauvignonblanket · 21/07/2020 20:08

Hope - or I agree with pp, Joy

123Dancewithme · 21/07/2020 21:44

Clementine Hope

Spied · 21/07/2020 21:56

Grace

Stargazer87 · 21/07/2020 21:58

Hmmmm not a fan of the name Joy unfortunately...

Clementine Ada is gorgeous and original 💕

neighbourhoodwitch · 21/07/2020 22:35

Rose is perfect!

Whatsyourflava · 21/07/2020 22:44

Clementine olivia is perfect I think
Go for that!

Whatsyourflava · 21/07/2020 22:46

Plus.. how often are middle names even used? How often do you actually say [first name ] [second name]?! I'd just pick the name you like best Incase she chooses to use it as her main name

Love Clementine Olivia 😍

SE13Mummy · 22/07/2020 00:55

I'd choose Hope, or maybe a two syllable name that begins with a consonant e.g. Mary, Martha, Lucy, Susan, Rachel, Sophie.

sel2223 · 22/07/2020 00:57

Less syllables is definitely better here....

My favourite from your list is Clementine Grace

Stargazer87 · 22/07/2020 09:07

What's the thinking behind less syllables? Our surname is 3 syllables if that changes anything?

ILoveStickers · 22/07/2020 09:14

Clementine Ada - lovely.

sel2223 · 22/07/2020 09:17

@Stargazer87 for me it's just what flows better. A 3 syllable first name and 3 syllable surname would be a mouthful with a 2 or 3 syllable middle name as well.
A short middle name would be so much nicer in the middle.

We've chosen a 3 syllable first name too so had the same issue.

Choose a middle name that's meaningful to you.
